Great location, staff and breakfast
Pros:

Good location easy to explore the area. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Comfy bed and good aircon. We really enjoyed the breakfast.

Cons:

Unfortunately our room faced a block of flats, due to the heat those flats had their windows open all night, and our hotel room was not soundproofed even with our window closed, so a crying baby in one of the flats kept us awake all night.

We were hoping to use the gym and pool, the pool was closed and the gym was not great not much equipment and not really fit for purpose.

Room was missing some basics like a kettle, tea/ coffee and complimentary water, we stayed at another hotel in this brand which had all of these things.

Super hôtel
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé par rapport au centre-ville. Super spa

Cons:

Il faut penser aux bouchons d’oreilles, car les chambres ne sont pas isolées. On entend les gens parler dans la rue.

Hotel encantador
Pros:

Nos encantó el desayuno (muy rico y muy buena fruta), así como el patio donde desayunamos. Habitación amplia (suite junior). No escuchamos ruidos de la calle por la noche, muy tranquilo a pesar de estar en un primer piso. Me gustó que el sofá cama estuviera hecho cuando llegamos. La localización muy buena; está a 5 minutos andando del Espolón.

El colchón de la cama principal algo blando, pero igual es cuestión de gustos.
