Pros:

Location and Welcome was friendly nice location and close to town centre.

Cons:

Everything was fine the staff were excellent especially Leah in the bar and Alan in the restaurant both are a huge asset to the company.

Worth the stay. Staff are great.
Pros:

Staff and rooms and location are amazing.

2nd time staying here in 10 days as location is perfect for ferry.

Cons:

Again just the facilities, sauna and jacuzzi need some TLC. But this would not stop me from staying here again.

A great stop off hotel with all the usual facilities & its closeness to Irish ferry terminals at Cairnryan
Pros:

The location to ferry terminal that offered good value for money and the additional facilities of a pool & dinner provision within hotel.

Cons:

No disability parking close to main door entrance. No lift facility due to it being an old building.

A very comfortable stay and great location
Pros:

The staff were very friendly. Dinner was very good and there is a lovely bar with several sitting areas.

The rooms are clean and very comfortable and lovely bathrooms

There is also a very large games room in the hotel and my friend and I had a game of carpet curling. Great fun.

Excellent rest and room service.
Pros:

We were tired from a long journey, the interior of the hotel appeared to have been recently and very well refurbished. We had a spacious room, very comfortable and much needed sleep and availed of the room service breakfast.
The breakfast was delivered on time and was excellent.
We were sorry we did not have time to stay longer and try the dining room.
