Общее впечатление хорошее, если все замечания устранить, был бы идеальный отель.
Pros:

Хорошее расположение отеля, наличие парковочного места, отзывчивый персонал.

Cons:

Скудные завтраки, многие блюда были бывшим ужином скорее всего(((. Душевые прям беда, в семейном номере с двумя кроватями душевая впритык к унитазу и чтобы в нее зайти надо пройти в узкую щель, так как стекло не раздвигается как положено, а еще душевая на высоте примерно метр находится. В двухуровневом люксе унитаз болтается и душевая требует ремонта.

Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Pokoje czyste. Personel bardzo pomocny. Zorganizowali nam śniadanie na wynos ponieważ mieliśmy wczesny lot.

7nights stay, summer time.
Pros:

Nice Breakfast. Salad, veggies and pastries are different everyday. Great for longer stays.
Location is perfect. Walkable distance to panfilov park, green bazaar, kok tobe cable car sta. Panfilov st., arbat st. And less than 30min taxi ride to medeu cable station to shymbulak.

Cons:

Neighbourhood wall views.

Kann mit europäischen Hotels derselben Klasse locker mithalten.
Pros:

Viele tolle Ausflugsziele fußläufig rund um das Hotel, Frühstück eher typisch für diese Region, zumindest aber gab es Kaffee.
Spitzenrestaurant im Hotel.

Cons:

Trotz angegebener Klimaanlage gab es keine Klimatisierung, außer in der Lobby.

В целом общее впечатление об отеле положительное, еще вернемся.
Pros:

Хорошее расположение. Все что мне было нужно находилось в пешей доступности. Бронировали два номера. Претензий к чистоте и подготовке номеров нет. Отель в целом тихий. На ресепшен быстрые и дружелюбные администраторы.

Cons:

Мой номер был на 5 этаже, было очень душно. Кондиционер практически не спасал, хотя я выставила его на максимально низкую температуру. Второй номер был на 3 этаже - им было вполне комфортно. Видимо из-за жаркого лета сильно нагревалась крыша. И второй минус - очень скудный завтрак. Небольшой выбор блюд. И даже из того что есть, нужно успеть что-то взять. Официант не спешит добавлять на общие блюда и они стоят пустые. Мы были всего сутки, поэтому нас не сильно расстроил плохой завтрак. Но если жить несколько дней, то долго не протянешь.
