Room and bathroom was spacious, clean and plenty of toiletries, drinking water etc. even Haribos😁 Good furniture and comfortable bed.

The windows are very old as to be expected so they don't block any noise from the town/road, the secondary glazing didn't help so we were woken by the England goals😁and early morning delivery but we did get enough sleep and at least kept up with the score!

We stayed as we were guests at colshaw hall and very convenient for a nights stay . Breakfast was lovely
The choice for breakfast was very good. There was free parking for hotel customers. The location was central with easy access to the town.
The room was described as a small double but was really only a single with a double bed pressed against one wall. OK for 1 night but not for any longer.
We liked the age of the property, friendliness of staff particularly the junior members evening dinner ok cabbage bordered on raw lovely pie and staff happy to change ice cream with apple pie to single cream. Breakfast variety offered and some of the products served

Knutsford high street us interesting enough for 1 day n night
I arranged table for 1 in evening, I waited a long time to place my order, getting on for 40mins, I eventually asked to placed it. Another family seemed to have a delay receiving their order.
Our room had odd sink taps. Shower was good if you could reach to turn it on. I'm 5ft 3 inches and my husband had to turn on. Why was it placed so high along with the basket to put Shower items in?
The white towels were stained. Tea or coffee
The room carpet was tired, marked and stained. Mould in corner of Shower.
It was very hot, heatwave. The single fan wasn't man for the job and it was difficult to have windows open due to late evening noise
The room needed an update. From the many other good reports my expectations were knocked
Please put some coffee in the water. In today's caffeine world yours fell very short
Bread used for breakfast was high in sugar, it didn't match the other products served. It was meant to be toast but must have been shy of the toaster!!!

Carpets and ceilings tatty
So hot we had to have the windows open in addition to the fan provided. Directly on the flight path as the planes approached Manchester airport. If not needed to open the windows I’m sure the triple glazing would prevent this

Beautiful atmosphere in beer garden on Sunday we where there, staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious 😋
Good location to walk around the town for shopping and good restaurants nearby. Good breakfast. Nice staff.
Room was dated. Shower tap handle high up & hard to reach. Late night street noise with people shouting. Airport flight path over the hotel very loud. Difficult to sleep.
