Pros:

My friends said the staff is so Nice, Morning staff is so good in giving directions that one name Daus I think and he's nice, that Chinese lady also Nice, the Room is Totally clean, I've once also Stay in this hotel 1 year ago, very good... So I Recommended my friends.

All is totally excellent

My friends said the facilities is excellent, all the staff is nice and the room is totally clean and comfortable, one staff answering my call name firdaus is good, he gives me directions to the hotel and all the food near by is good...

Staff is helpful during check in and check out.

Cons:

Room has no table for me to use my laptop. The complimentaries such as water and cups were placed on a small stool, shouldn't be this arrangement. I suggest hotel management to at least buy a small table for each rooms.
