Well situated, warm and comfortable rooms. Highly impressed. Richmond is a lovely little town.
Pros:

Lovely well appointed apartment right in the middle of town. Super impressed with the comfort and warmth of the accommodation. Would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

Very spacious,clean and comfortable room within easy walking distance to everything in town. We also ate in the hotel restaurant for dinner and had an amazing lamb roast.

Location wise, it was fine. There were bakery, grocery, gaul, and bridge park near the hotel.

Cons:

But it was very cold in late June even though we turned heater in the living room. Only one additional heater was provided for two rooms. If they provided one more heater, it would be much comfortable. We had to wear thick jumper to sleep.

Great stay and memories!
Pros:

Beautifully renovated and immaculately clean. Great location and with the bistro downstairs was so very convenient. The food was delicious too.

Very clean room, but poorly designed and laid out.

What breakfast?

Cons:

The room was built in a U-shape around the stair case. The TV was mounted on a bench to the left side of the bed - you had to turn your head or lie on your left side to see it. The pillows were uncomfortable and not enough of them.
