Нас не заселили, хотя проживание было оплачено!
Pros:

В фойе красиво! Дальше нас не пустили не знаем

Cons:

Наш самолёт задержался на 20 часов, мы не могли предупредить, что приедем на следующий день (было забронировано 2 ночи). С нас сняли с карточки деньги за проживание за 2 дня. Но, когда мы приехали, то нас не заселили! Надменный администратор, похоже, был даже рад этой ситуации. Получается: деньги сняли - не заселили. Делайте выводы!

Schlichtes schönes preiswertes Riad in guter Lage der Medina
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral in der Medina, dennoch nahe zum Strand und Hafen sowie Kasbah. Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet , aber sauber und großzügig geschnitten mit Fenster und Tageslicht. Das Bad ist relativ klein, das Waschbecken eher Miniaturausmaß( etwas schwierig seine Hygieneartikel abzustellen.) Die Dusche 🚿 ist sehr gut und fließend warmes Wasser. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mit üppigem Frühstück.

Cons:

Mir persönlich war das Bett leider zu hart, auch nach Unterlegen von 2-3 Wolldecken. Schade, dass man nicht auf der Dachterasse frühstücken kann. Die Mitarbeiter scheinen nur zum
Teil motiviert zu sein. Manchmal etwas lieblos und die Kommunikation im Voraus war leider sehr unzureichend. Ich schickte mehrere Nachrichten/ Anfragen und bekam keine einzige Antwort. Sehr schade! Für einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr günstiges Hotel und sehr schön von der Architektur und Einrichtung. Leider ist die Gasse oft sehr laut bis in die Nacht, da es eine Durchgangsgasse für viele Touristen und Jugendlicre ist.

Bien placé, l'hôtel offre un bon rapport qualite/prix. La décoration est soignée et le personnel agréable.

Expérience très décevante

Cons:

La propreté laisse vraiment à désirer. C’est très décevant, surtout pour un établissement qui devrait accorder une attention particulière à l’hygiène. À cela s’ajoute un personnel peu souriant, peu accueillant et manquant clairement de professionnalisme. Une expérience très décevante.
