Purtroppo la sera che c'è stata la partita del mondiale Marocco Haiti abbiamo chiesto due cappuccini al barista almeno sei volte il quale ha detto che li avrebbe portati ma lo stesso ha continuato a servire tutti quelli che le chiedevano qualcosa meno che noi anzi si è messo a telefonare e fumare fuori dal locale allora abbiamo fatto l'ordine al reception dove c'era un signore che ha chiesto lui al barista ma lo stesso le ha detto anche a lui che ci avrebbe serviti ma non lo faceva allora lo stesso della reception si è recato al bar per fare è servire

i cappuccini con molta gentilezza forse non eravamo simpatici al barista ma sicuramente noi abbiamo fatto l'ordine con educazione e gentilezza grazie

Merci à Khadija du petit déjeuner tout étaient au top la chambre est propre, belle et moderne. Les filles de la réception sont super gentille souriante accueillante franchement pour un petit hotels je le trouve magnifique et prix abordable

différence entre réalité et photos
Pros:

Notre chambre était confort et fonctionnelle. Le personnel était disponible et très souriant!
Il y a un soucis sur la propreté et sur l’idée que l’on peut se faire via les photos Booking et la réalité.

Cons:

Les chambres ne sont pas à la hauteur des photos Booking.
Notre chambre manquait de nettoyage (cheveux, traces….)

Overall, I would rate this hotel 2.5 out of 5 stars. I would not stay here again.

Before we arrived, the staff made the hotel sound much better than it actually was, which was disappointing.

When you enter the hotel, you'll notice people smoking cigarettes near the front entrance, and you can smell the smoke throughout the lobby. Even in the rooms, the smell can be noticeable.

Parking is also a problem. If the café downstairs is busy, especially with people visiting the gym, it's very difficult to find a parking space.

The only positive part of our stay was the restaurant staff. The lady who served us was very kind and friendly. However, the breakfast was not worth paying extra for.

Overall, I would rate this hotel 2.5 out of 5 stars. I would not stay here again.

Petit déjeuner copieux.

Cons:

Odeur des égouts dans la chambre.
Salle de bain dépourvu d'accessoires pour accrocher serviettes, mettre sa trousse/ brosses à dents...la chasse d'eau qui a coulé toute la nuit.
Impossible de prendre sa douche sans faire une grosse flaque d'eau qui peut déborder à la chambre.
Quartier populeux et sale ( sacs de plastique et detritus partout).

L'hotel est bien mis en valeur grace aux photos qui ne correspondent pas à la réalité.

Pommeau de douche qui fuit, et puissance quasi inexistante.
