Decepción. Disappointment. Déception.

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy decepcionante, principalmente por el trato recibido por parte del personal de administración.
Al llegar, surgió un problema con mi reserva que necesitaba ser gestionado. Entiendo que pueden ocurrir errores o incidencias, pero lo que realmente marcó la diferencia fue la falta de profesionalidad, empatía e interés por ayudar que mostró el personal de recepción.
Las instalaciones pueden ser correctas, pero la atención al cliente es una parte fundamental de cualquier estancia. Lamentablemente, la gestión de este incidente y el trato recibido en la recepción hicieron que mi experiencia fuera muy negativa.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing, mainly due to the treatment I received from the administrative staff.
Upon arrival, an issue arose with my reservation that needed to be resolved. I understand that mistakes or unforeseen situations can happen, but what really made the difference was the lack of professionalism, empathy, and willingness to help shown by the reception staff.
The facilities may be acceptable, but customer service is a fundamental part of any stay. Unfortunately, the way this incident was handled and the treatment I received at the reception desk made my overall experience very negative.

Mon expérience dans cet hôtel a été très décevante, principalement en raison du traitement reçu de la part du personnel administratif.
À mon arrivée, un problème est survenu avec ma réservation et devait être pris en charge. Je comprends que des erreurs ou des incidents puissent se produire, mais ce qui a réellement fait la différence, c’est le manque de professionnalisme, d’empathie et de volonté d’aider dont a fait preuve le personnel de la réception.
Les installations peuvent être correctes, mais la qualité du service client est un élément essentiel de tout séjour. Malheureusement, la gestion de cet incident ainsi que l’accueil reçu à la réception ont rendu mon expérience globale très négative.

Voor de derde keer verblijven wij in Hotel Îles des Vent in Essaouira, en opnieuw zijn we ontzettend tevreden. Het voelt ondertussen bijna als thuiskomen!
Het personeel is uitzonderlijk vriendelijk, behulpzaam en altijd bereid om een glimlach op je gezicht te toveren. Hun gastvrijheid maakt elk verblijf bijzonder en zorgt ervoor dat je je meteen welkom voelt.
Ook willen we graag onze complimenten geven voor de renovatie. Deze is werkelijk zeer geslaagd! Het hotel heeft zijn charme behouden, terwijl de vernieuwingen zorgen voor extra comfort en een frisse, moderne uitstraling. Alles is met veel smaak en oog voor detail uitgevoerd.
Een speciaal woord van dank gaat uit naar de eigenaars. Jullie passie, inzet en zorg voor het hotel zijn duidelijk zichtbaar in elk aspect van het verblijf. Dankzij jullie visie en het fantastische team blijven wij met veel plezier terugkomen.
Bedankt voor alweer een heerlijk verblijf. Wij kijken nu al uit naar onze volgende bezoek aan Essaouira en Hotel Îles des Vent!

Excellent séjour
Pros:

L'emplacement est excellent pour profiter d'Essaouira. Le personnel était très accueillant, souriant et serviable tout au long du séjour. La chambre était propre et confortable.

Cons:

Rien de particulier, le séjour s'est très bien passé.

Pros:

Hotel heeft een goede ligging, er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en gastvrij. Ze zijn erg behulpzaam en professioneel.
De kamer was erg schoon en netjes. Het ontbijt was lekker. De prijs kwaliteitverhouding is erg goed.

Cons:

Het verkeer aan de weg kan storend zijn, vraag om een kamer aan de andere kant als je liever geen verkeer wilt horen.

Zum Glück war nur eine Nacht aber insgesamt war nicht gut
Cons:

Ich musste 15 min Wartezeit warten bis einer kommt , dann war die Stimmung nicht gut anscheinend wegen Personalmangel . Es gibt schlechte Geräusche in die Toilette .
Isolation war nicht gut , kann man was die Nachbarn von Oben oder daneben hören.
Das Frühstück war normal und Standart .

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Das Hotel liegt am Rande der Stadt direkt gegenüber von einen kostenlosen Parkplatz und einen großes Supermarkt. Man bekommt schnell ein Taxi und ist in 5 Minuten in der Medina. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön. Es gibt genug Ablage Flächen und war sauber. Betten waren bequem. Wlan funktioniert super. Das Frühstück war auch gut es gibt frisches Omelette mit verschiedenen Broten. Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und herzlich!

Cons:

Nur Kleinigkeiten, keine Kleiderbügel im Schrank, der Kühlschrank ging nicht und bei der Dusche gibt es keine Vorhang oder Ähnliches daher setzt man das ganze Bade Zimmer unter Wasser aber das hatten wir schon öfter in viel Hotels in Marokko.
