Perfect service, attentive but so peaceful!
Pros:

Well connected location. We were given a fantastic room with a view, windows to two sides and quiet, away from the main road. Staff were attentive and asked for prevented with cleaning. We were not disturbed at all and very comfortable. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Cons:

When we checked into our room, the bedsheets were covered in hairs, and despite booking for two guests, there was only one duvet provided. Expecting clean linens is the most basic, bare-minimum standard for any hotel.
I went down to reception to request clean sheets and an extra duvet; remarkably, the staff did not even offer an apology for the dirty sheets. I had encountered a similar cleanliness issue at Motel One Copenhagen, but their team handled it professionally, apologized sincerely, and offered complimentary breakfast to make amends. Here at Motel One Berlin, there was zero effort to apologize or make up for the poor experience—just complete indifference.
Given the unacceptable hygiene standards and the dismissive attitude of the staff, I will not be staying at this hotel chain again.
