Отель расположен рядом с большим парком с водоёмом. Утром в этом парке гуляет и бегает очень много людей, а также огромное количество белок. В пешей доступности от отеля есть торговый центр.

Cons:

Номер был на седьмом этаже, восьмой этаж там технический с разным оборудованием. Всю ночь в номере было слышно какое-то гудение непонятного происхождения. Гудело громко, заснуть в такой обстановке было практически невозможно. Кондиционер в номере был старый и очень шумный, его пришлось выключить. Пульт от кондиционера был прикручен к стене. На балконе установлена решётка от птиц.
