Pros:

Great location - so much street food, trendy cafes, interesting laneways/ streets and public transport nearby
Staff were lovely and let me store my bags and check in early without charging me

As I mentioned above this accommodation is hard to fault and I highly recommend!!
Pros:

From the moment we checked in it felt like we had been warmly welcomed by the local Thai family run business. They were genuinely friendly and warm and incredibly hospitable. Having stayed throughout Bangkok this last month from 5Star Hotels to Guesthouses - Arun Sa Wad 103 has to be my favourite by far. Its not only affordable for Bangkok, but the rooms and beds are more comfortable than even some of the more top tier exclusive luxury hotels. On top of which they have a beautiful restaurant in the reception entrance with a chef who is expert at tantalising the tastebuds. All being said I will be back at the end of the month to stay again.

一言难尽，难评，只能说老板拍得一手好图！

床比较柔软

Cons:

居然在三楼，楼梯极窄，不适合大件行李和带小孩的行人。另外应该是有两家店非常相似很有可能是一个老板，出租车司机把我们带到了离200米左右的另外一家，到了告知我们说不是，并打开软件找到了我的订单信息给我至另外的地方。下着雨我带着小孩子们又去找他所指的地方，到了看到一家咖啡馆，以为不是徘徊良久，问了两个人都说不清楚，后来咖啡店的人引进去的。总之山路十八弯，像闯关一样，一言难尽。不是说不好，只能说不适合带小孩的人入住。

1 notte che pensavano di confusione (visti i tappi per le orecchie in dotazione) è stata piacevole e confortevole
Pros:

È situata a 2 passi da china Town... si trova in una traversa in cui c'è un'azienda di trasporti ed un posteggio... le persone sono gentili, nessuno ci ha infastidito... anzi. Famiglia 2 adulti e 2 bambini. Staff gentile e carino... prezzo eccezionale.

Camera grande con you tube... quindi di qualsiasi nazionalità siamo possiamo guardare ciò che vogliamo (A differenza dell'hotel a 5 stelle dove eravamo prima che c'era solo 1 canale Rai ma eravamo lungo fiume con visuale mozzafiato)

Siamo stati molto bene.

Anche il bagno ok.

Vibes, location, city living
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay. At first I was unsure but the friendliness of the accomodation staff and the cafe staff was a great introduction. The balcony and location made it feel like I had my own little apartment. The street is really cute with wine bars and cafes and the vibe is bustling but still quiet with the windows closed.

Cons:

I didn’t like the separate bathroom, but I could have paid more for an attached bathroom if I really wanted too.
