It was very nice and the staff were super helpful.
Pros:

Staff were amazing
Location was great

Cons:

There was a fair bit of nightlife noise from the bars across the street. Even on floor 14 it was inconvenient. But I guess that's the flip side of being located so close to the restaurants and beech scene.

Pros:

The most memorable part of our traveling is the people. From the moment we walked into this hotel to the moment we checked out, everyone was so sweet and nice. The hotel breakfast was amazing and the location was perfect. Walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. We had a great time and highly recommended.

Cons:

Better coffee.

Die Lage des Hotels war wirklich top. Direkt nebenan gab es viele Möglichkeiten, lecker und günstig einheimisch zu essen

Pros:

Decent hotel, location great if it's the beach you want... The staff were welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was buffet style, good selection but the dining room was very busy and extremely noisy. The restaurant food on the rooftop Skybar was fantastic and very inexpensive.

Pros:

The staff at the pool bar were lovely! Also the AC worked very well in the rooms

Cons:

We would leave towels on the floor to be cleaned but we never got a clean towel for the floor. Also the safe did not work

Carol one the best receptionist in the hotel made our stay fantastic and advices amazing local places and celebrations t
Pros:

The room
With sea front views, the pool, the amazing breakfasts and one of the receptionist. Her name is Carol and she looked after us very well. Always checking on us and being helpful. She really made our stay 10 out of 10

Great hotel
Pros:

Excellent location, across the road from the beach and close to lots of restaurants and shops. Rooms airy and twin beds very big and comfortable. Food in bistro was well priced with a good range of Asian and European choices. Staff very courteous and helpful. Pool was a good size compared to other rooftop pools. Very easy to get around from there to visit sights as most tour companies will collect from this hotel. Only disadvantage is that the road is very noisy and rather dangerous to cross and loud music can be heard at night from the seafront. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Ok Stay in Da Nang
Pros:

The hotel had some good parts and some not so great parts. The front desk is really good, helped with anything we needed as well as the front door employee. Amazing view of the water, that was a huge plus and a rooftop bar as well.

Cons:

The outside of the building definitely looked a bit rundown compared to it's counterparts. Same as the inside rooms as well. The breakfast was alright, nice it was included but we skipped it on the 2nd morning. Overall I would probably book somewhere else if I went to Da Nang again.

The breakfast spread was amazing, location is superb and in house spa and rooftop swimming pool is a nice touch

Cons:

Flooring on rooftop pool area needs maintenance, bed and pillow were not comfortable and bed squeaks. We asked for a small arrangement in room for birthday celebration, was promised but never delivered by hotel

Amazing view and great location!

Cons:

Needs a renovation. Much outdated!
Disorganized during check-in. Waited to get into my room for more than 7 hours... Overcrowded on the reception desk.(guest, employees... more ppl behind the desk doesn't mean more efficient work) One elevator that's always busy... most of the time the cleaning staff is using it with their trolley and makes it even more difficult to get(they need a service elevator)
