Really enjoyable but too short.
Pros:

Restaurant above pool deck and the view from pool deck. Staff were lovely.

Cons:

Sauna near the pool was out of action.

My family had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff were enthusiastic, kind, and always willing to help us. Thank you to Ms. Tinh for helping us with our luggage and thank you to the staff at Thao Nguyen My restaurant. We will definitely return if we have the chance.

Greta location. Failed on last impressions.
Pros:

Very well positioned, with a rooftop pool that is massively under-utilised. The room and common areas were kept very clean and well-polished.

The spa is very good and my partner had the best massage of her whole trip here.

Cons:

Not much. The taxi drivers could be kept better under control. I get that they need to make a living but we often felt harassed, with them coming up to us and asking repeatedly if we want a taxi even though our first response was always no thanks.

A small gripe; a couple of hours before checkout I asked if we could have a later checkout as we were booked in to their spa facilities and would like to leave our bags secured in the room and have the opportunity for a shower before we leave. Checkout was at midday and I asked to have the room until 3pm. She looked it up and it was no issue (they were nowhere near capacity) and then proceeded to let me know the additional charges. I swiftly replied, no thanks. Considering we were spending money on their spa facilities, I found it rude that she’d not think to offer it complimentary - especially given they had the room available and weren’t at capacity. That extra mile that costs them nothing, left a bad last impression. Poor form.

Very friendly staffs. We got front sea view room as i requested. Very clean room & good food.

Very accomodating & friendly Staffs, room is very clean & we got the amazing front sea view room i requested. Breakfast was good. Special thanks to Ms. Hoai I think is her name. She also assisted us together with Ms. Nhia, and she made sure that we enjoy the food and our stay. Special thanks also to Thuan, Hoang & Dat. Even the housekeeping 2 ladies that came and set up our requested extra bed was friendly. A very pleasant stay experienced not a bit of disappointment.

Pleasant hotel with amazing views and beautiful staff.
Pros:

We loved the location, close to beach with an amazing view. The breakfast was very plentiful and varied. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Pool was lovely and spacious with stunning view.

Cons:

We didn’t like the small bathroom but adequate.The gym was very ordinary lacking components.
