A comfortable stay with excellent staff service, but the bathroom maintenance issues affected the overall experience.
Pros:

I liked the comfortable atmosphere of the hotel and the friendly, polite, and helpful staff. The team responded quickly whenever I reported a problem, and they also offered us a small fruit plate as an apology for the waiting time.

Cons:

I faced several maintenance issues in the bathroom. At first, the bathtub drain was stuck closed and would not open properly. After it was repaired, the drain then remained permanently open and could no longer be closed. The shower head also did not work properly. The maintenance team took some time to complete the repairs, and after returning from an outing, I had to wait around 30 minutes before I could use the room comfortably. As this is a four-star hotel, I expected these facilities to be checked and fully functional before check-in.

Nice hotel , nice location and nice crew
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Paris Deli Beach Hotel in Da Nang, and we would like to give special thanks to Carol Thuan.

Carol was exceptionally kind, professional, and always willing to help. She assisted us throughout our stay, answered all our questions, and gave us valuable recommendations that made our trip much more enjoyable. Her warm smile, positive attitude, and dedication to providing excellent service truly made a difference.

One suggestion that would make the hotel even better is to add clearly labeled halal food options to the restaurant menu. This would be greatly appreciated by Muslim guests and would make the hotel more welcoming to travelers from around the world.

Thank you, Carol, for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Exceptional staff and good value for money
Pros:

Staff, checkin and breakfast were exceptional. A fantastic view from our comfortable ocean front room on the 21st floor. Pool was wonderful and towels readily available. Good value for money with helpful staff in a convenient location.

Cons:

Bathroom was quite small and pokey.

Hotel staff is super friendly and welcoming.

Pool is awsome with great sea and city view.
Rooms are spacious with good shower, a bit outdated but really nice.

Great time for 2 nights in Da Nang

Great roof top pool . Central location . Staff were very friendly.

The hotel is beautiful with warm, friendly and helpful staff to match.

There is even concierge service to help with your luggage who even escorted us to the taxi under an umbrella when it was hot.

The pool on the 22nd floor is impressive with great views of Da Nang city as well as the beach.
Plenty of restaurants and mini marts nearby.
Room was very spacious for our family of 5 and was clean and comfortable.
Will definitely recommend.

Cons:

That we were only there for 2 nights. Wished we could have stayed longer.
