Excellent Stay with Outstanding Hospitality
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. A day before our arrival, I called the hotel and requested an early check-in around 7:30 AM. The team informed me that it would be subject to availability. When we arrived, they kindly told us that the room had just become vacant and requested only 15 minutes to prepare it. True to their word, they allotted the room without any extra charges.

This was such a thoughtful and generous gesture, which made our stay even more comfortable. The food quality was excellent, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained.

Thank you to the entire team for such a warm welcome and a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel despite spending nearly ₹70,000 over a 4-day stay. What stood out most was the behavior of the staff and their approach to customer service.

Towards the end of our stay, the staff attempted to charge us ₹3000 for a minor issue—a kalawa stain on a bedsheet and duvet the minor tiny stain could be easily removed with ammonia which the hotel didnt have enough where with all.While I understand that damages may sometimes incur costs, the way this situation was handled felt unnecessary and unprofessional. They were argumentative and insisted on additional charges, even applying GST on something as unreasonable as discarding a bedsheet. Discarded items doesnt levy GST.

The overall attitude of the staff was quite impolite, which made the experience even more frustrating. After spending a significant amount and staying multiple days, I expected a more courteous and customer-friendly approach rather than being confronted over such petty matters.

I would advise future guests to be cautious and clarify such policies in advance. Unfortunately, this experience overshadowed what could have otherwise been a pleasant stay.

Fraud people

I had done a booking for a stay with this hotel and they had asked advance of 2000/- which we had done a gpay next day they cancelled the booking saying sorry we are full … And its been three mnths they are not even giving the refund of 2000/- we have called the hotel so many times still there is no refund recd yet … please be careful of this fraud people they don’t have the capacity to pay 2000/- also

1. Checkin staff is very pleasant and friendly
2. Ample car parking in the premises

6. Access to the hotel is easy as it is on a wide road.
