Struttura consigliata
Pros:

Location moolto famigliare ottima posizione non vicinissimo alla Termini ma ciò può essere utile per evitare certe realtà di degrado di tanta stazioni. Bar e supermercato vicino. Staff molto gentile camera basica ma pulita buona dotazione di prese e fornitura di articoli da toilette.

Cons:

La struttura è a gestione famigliare quindi non c'è una presenza 24/24 alla reception quindi ci sono vincoli di orario per entrata/uscita.
Le camere sono situate tutte verso la strada di fronte ad un incrocio un po' trafficato quindi anche se non tantissimo con le finestre chiuse qualcosa si sente. Consiglio tappi per dormire.

Pros:

One could be cheesy and say that the air conditioning was the best part due to the heat, but the reality is that we were introduced to everything we needed to know about Rome by the Owner. Gave us proper insight both about how to traverse the city and tips whilst being in it. Always friendly when we left and came back. No complaints whatsoever, made our trip quite a lot easier.
If you're more of a walker and you enjoy taking your time strolling through streets the hotel is placed perfectly near the station and the main attractions are all more of less 1h away by foot (take into account the pace of two younger people)

Jó kiindulópont volt a város felfedezéséhez és nagyon kedves volt a személyzet.
Pros:

Gyakorlatilag a városközpontban volt így könnyen el lehetett érni a tömegközlekedési eszközöket.

Cons:

Az utca zaja egész nap hangos (erre mondjuk figyelmeztet a személyzet és nem árul zsákbamacskát). Illetve mindig kell valaki aki beenged a hotelbe, nem lehet függetlenül közlekedni a személyzettől.

Pros:

Расположение хорошее, близко к вокзалу, но не слишком, не шумно. Очень заботливый хозяин, каждое утро провожал нас, давая полезную информацию - куда на чем доехать, где поесть. Что будет дождь, или допустим что ожидается очень высокая температура и надо пить больше воды и надевать головной убор 😁 номер чистый, комфортный, кондиционер, холодильник, телевизор- все работало.

Pleasant stay, recommend to all
Pros:

Personalised family service, owner Luca was very attentive, helpful and welcoming, and gave us lots of tips for travelling in Rome. Luca is very humble and this place is great value for money, unique as owner is present -- great help for any questions. Strong location, easy transport to metro and buses and pretty courtyard.

Optimale Basis, um Rom zu entdecken.
Pros:

Optimale Lage nähe Bahnhof, Park im Innenhof und hohes Fenster mit Blick nach außen mit Zitronenbaum.
In der näheren Umgebung gute Möglichkeiten zu früstücken und gute Restaurants fürs Abendessen.

Dono simpático mas com muito controle de tudo!

Cons:

O dono se preza pela simpatia mas há controle de tudo entrada e saída pois os hóspedes não ficam com as chaves das portas. Se vc gisra de voltar tarde nao fique lá. Nao ha nada no quarto se precisar comer algo e nao há cozinha disponível. É esquema hotel. Mas nem copo para água há no quarto e ficamos 4 noites e nao trocam toalhas mas nao me importo ora quem quer esse conforto é problema. Esqueci de trancar a porta do quarto um dia e levei bronca kkk ridículo. Enfim a limpeza é legal? Nao sei nao acho q edredons sejam limpos pelo cheiro e Travesseiros suspeitos. Li boas avaliações mas sempre simpatia e ar condicionado e geladeira. Legal. Localização ótima. Mesa para comer no quarto nao há e sim uma.escrivaninha e 2 cadeiras

Perfecto si buscas algo sencillo para descansar y estar todo el día explorando en la ciudad
Pros:

Es un hotel familiar. Mamá e Hijo que son muy amables y nos hicieron sentir seguras (viajé con mi suegra) estuvimos cómodas y si volvería a hospedarme ahí. Ya que yo solo busco un lugar donde dormir cómoda y segura. No es moderno, es sencillo y la habitación equipada con lo básico. Super cerca de la central de tren rápido y del metro (7 min caminando) como a 4 cuadras.
