A nice location that is clean and convenient, but be prepared for compromises that feel cheap.
Pros:

The location was good. The wooden floors were very nice - a welcome replacement to gross and dirty carpets. The service staff was very nice, although that can't be said about the reception staff. The shower was nice and welcomed after a day of hiking.

Cons:

Room 422 was loud on a Saturday night, which lasted until 4 am. Little details lacked - paper cups instead of mugs for coffee/tea felt cheap. Signs for the vending machines felt like a motel instead of a hotel. The bathroom sink lacked a faucet filter, causing water to easily splash out of the sink. The bed was quite soft, and the pillows felt too hard for my liking (additional pillow choices would have been nice).

Comfortabel hotel met goede ligging in het centrum
Pros:

Goede locaties, dichtbij het centrum. Parkeergarage onder het hotel.

Cons:

Jammer dat we niet, in tegenstelling tot andere steden in Tirol, in aanmerking kwamen voor gratis reizen met OV omdat we er maar 1 nacht waren. OV in Innsbruck is prijzig.

Gdyby nie ten incydent z brakiem odpowiedzi to Hotel oceniłbym zupełnie inaczej.
Cons:

Mój pobyt ze względu na sytuację rodzinną musiał zostać skrócony . Hotel został poinformowany iż musimy skrócić pobyt o jedną dobę z 12- godzinnym wyprzedzeniem. Akceptuję to iż na nasze miejsce Hotel nie mógł już nikogo znaleźć, jednak o naszej nieobecności na dodatkowo płatnym śniadaniu Hotel wiedział już 24 godziny wcześniej, więc mógł w geście dobrej woli nam przyznać jakąś rekompensatę. Z naszej rozmowy z recepcją Hotelu w przeddzień wyjazdu wynikało że Hotel rozumie naszą sytuację. Mimo prośby w naszym imieniu ze strony Booking ( trzykrotny kontakt z Booking w tej sprawie)Hotel nie potrafił nam dać konkretnej odpowiedzi w ciągu 20 dni od naszego wyjazdu. Dopiero po trzeciej prośbie o interwencję Booking Hotel przedstawił stanowisko.

Brak mini barku w pokojach - zamiast tego maszyna vendingowa na jednym piętrze hotelu. Papierowe kubeczki na herbatę. W tej cenie wolałabym pić z tradycyjnych.

Toller Aufenthalt in schönem Hotel.
Pros:

Super schöne Unterkunft, sehr modern und gut ausgestattet. Frühstücksbuffet ist super! Es hatte eine tolle, vielfältige Auswahl.

La pisizione centralissima e lo stile dell'hotel, moderno elegante

Cons:

Poche informazioni per chi arriva in auto. C'è un comodissimo parcheggio sotto l'hotel a 26 Euro a notte ma non avevamo ne' l'indirizzo ne' il percorso per arrivarci.
