Modern, comfortable hotel, conveniently and centrally located.
Pros:

Located in the middle of Salzburg, 1min from main street, but in a very quiet backyard. Very clean. Easy to reach as parking garage is right underneath.

Cons:

Bed was too small for a hotel of this category.

Posizione strategica per essere subito in centro
Pros:

L’hotel si trova in centro, sulla via principale ma la struttura è molto tranquilla.
Il parcheggio sotterraneo convenzionato attraverso un ascensore ha l’accesso diretto alla reception.
Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione perchè non era inclusa nella nostra offerta.

Cons:

Purtroppo uno dei due ascensori non era funzionante, quindi l’altro era abbastanza impegnato. Ovviamente si potevano prendere le scale ma dalla nostra stanza erano un pò un labirinto.

Todo bien salvo lo más importante el buen trato con el husesped
Pros:

Todo bien, el personal jerárquico no me atendió a la altura del hotel, bajé a preguntar a la recepción y la gerente la verdad me atendió muy mal, con mucha soberbia y con poca empatía. La cual me sorprendió sus respuestas ante una situación básica de solicitud de un hotel.

Pros:

Gute Klimaanlage und ein gutes Badezimmer.

Das Personal war größtenteils freundlich, aber es gab auch Ausnahmen am Frontdesk.

Pros:

Die Lage ist super, sehr zentral, alles zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, sauber und bequem. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Wonderful location and overall a pleasant stay
Pros:

Loved the location! The room was spacious and my kids loved the little alcove.

Cons:

Staff was wonderful but the breakfast was the only issue. I paid for the breakfast and came down within the time and they closed the door to the breakfast room so had to find food despite paying for it. This left a bad impression as I had three young kids and was difficult to find another place, not to mention the expense.
