Cons:

Extra money -
Breakfast: Asked for an omelet- the service guy told me he would check; someone else reached out and told me it would cost extra. Following that, the staff members went behind, giggling ..

A crib for the baby- extra. All 10 different places we have been did not ask for any money for that
Parking costs money even though it's below the hotel.
Parking is very narrow and dirty; trash all around the place.
The room is too small for 4 persons' stuff.

One Elevator not working; nightmare to bring all the stuff and a waste of time
There is a do-not-disturb sign. So another time to consume; ask about it
. They have an option to get a discount on the Hafelekarspitze - which we went to- and they told us there is no discount and made a typo in our name, even though they had our passport.

Pros:

Posizione ottima per qualsiasi spostamento in centro.
Spa assai rilassante. Camera confortevole e pulita, il bagno bello con una doccia molto spaziosa. Il silenzio in camera e in spa garantisce riposo e serenità.

Die ideale Location im Herzen Innsbrucks für Einzelreisende, Paare und Familien!
Pros:

Sie ist sehr gut und zentral gelegen in fussläufiger Distanz zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sehr gefreut habe ich mich über das überraschende Upgrade als Einzelreisende. Vom modernen und sehr sauberen Zimmer hatte ich einen tollen Ausblick auf die Altstadt und die Berge. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bereits bei zwei Übernachtung gibt es die Innsbrucker Welcome card mit gratis Benutzung des ÖV bis Stadtgrenze. Toll! Ein leckeres, reichhaltiges Frühstück in schönem Ambiente und eine stylische Bar machen den Aufenthalt zum Rundumgenuss.

Super Lage und Ausgangspunkt für schöne Tage in und um Innsbruck
Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich optimal und zentral. Das Auto konnten wir während unseres Aufenthalts in der Tiefgarage abstellen und hätten auch in der Zeit immer wieder ein- & ausfahren können. E-Ladesäulen gab es auch. Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer auf die Nordkette war top. Der Fitness Bereich war ausreichend, der Spa Bereich sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Lüftung im Bad lief nicht wirklich gut, dadurch war es dort immer etwas zu feucht.

Hotellihuoneessa usein ainoa istumapaikka on sänky. Kaipasimme huoneeseen rahin sijaan kunnollista nojatuolia, jossa voi hoitaa puhelut ja pienet paperityöt..
