Muito boa
Cons:

O café da manhã cobrado à parte, é bem caro para uma família de 4 pessoas, por isso resolvemos tomar fora do hotel.

Ansprechend - es könnte besser sein

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer angenehm.

Cons:

Es war extrem lärmig!!! Das Küchenpersonal vergnügte sich lauthals in den frühen Morgenstunden im Hof. Offensichtlich geschieht das allmorgendlich. Ein No Go!!! Ich habe dies beim Check out erwähnt.
In der Regel übernachte ich jeweils im The Penz Hotel. Doch infolge von Sanierungsarbeiten musste ich mich für eine andere Unterkunft bemühen. Als das The Penz mir meine Buchung infolge oben erwähntem Grund annullierte, hätte ich erwartet, dass mir eine Umbuchung ins Stage 12 angeboten würde. Dem war leider nicht so. Ich musste von mir aus auf die Idee kommen und im Stage 12 ein Zimmer buchen!! Schade, für ein so gutes Haus wie The Penz, hätte ich diese Dienstleistung erwartet. Auf jeden Fall freue ich mich auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt im The Penz am 24. Juli 2026.

Hotel situated centrally. Staff and all facilities excellent.
Pros:

Perfect location with underground parking close by. Staff were excellent as was the room and all included facilities. Especially enjoyed the bar area and the again very attentive staff.

Perfekt!
Pros:

Wir bekamen ein Zimmer-Upgrade, vielen herzlichen Dank dafür! Die Lage ist perfekt, das Zimmer war geräumig und bot einen schönen Blick auf die Nordkette. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns sehr überrascht, es gab eine reichliche Auswahl in sehr guter Qualität. Das Personal war überaus freundlich.
