La comodidad, tranquilidad y ubicación.
Realmente fue una excelente estancia, muy amable el.personal, muy limpio todo, increíble realmente. Volveremos a ir.

The property itself is gorgeous, featuring a stunning Spanish colonial style, and the room was beautiful and clean. The highlight for us was the balcony; there is a building directly in front that blocks a full view, but we could still see a nice slice of the beach waterline.
That being said, we felt the stay was quite expensive, especially compared to the amazing value you typically get in Mérida. If you are looking in this area, you can find way more beautiful hotels with significantly more amenities and better price points in the towns right next to Progreso. It’s a lovely hotel, but a bit overpriced for what it offers.

Que esta justo al frente de un club nocturno con ruido hasta altas horas de la madrugada.
El hotel al parecer era un antigua casona, por lo que el lugar es muy bonito. La alberca pequeña pero muy bonita. Tiene estacionamiento justo en la propiedad
Esta a unas 3 cuadras o 5 minutos caminando del acceso a la playa. Es necesario tener vehículo o taxi si uno quiere salir en la noche e ir al centro de Progreso.
La habitacion.
Many things could’ve been paid better attention to. The room had several neglected maintenance items. There was no drinking water provided. It was very, very basic and I understand it was off-season but still was missing a few important things.
No tenían internet durante toda la estancia, no estaba cómodo y estaba un poco retirado del malecón
El Hotel es una casa antigua, muy bonita la construcción, con cuartos cómodos, buen aire acondicionado. Tiene una alberca pequeña pero muy agradable estar en su jardín o en su terraza.
Aún cuando el Hotel anuncia desayuno, cuando llegamos nos dijeron que como es temporada baja no tenían abierto el restaurante, lo cual es pésimo, por qué el hotel se anuncia con desayunos. El cuarto muy cómodo como comenté, pero un aroma a caño continuo. Todas las noches a partir de las 20:00 suspenden el internet (así lo creo) porque ya no se podía ver la TV, decían que lo arreglaban, pero seguía sin verse y por casualidad a partir de las 8:00 funcionaba muy bien de nuevo hasta la noche, esto fue las 3 noches de hospedaje. Aún cuando tienen un letrero de que hay que avisar que limpien el cuarto (el cual no vimos pero está visible, esto lo acepto), no entiendo que un hotel, o al menos es el primero que veo esta política, no limpie y arregle el cuarto sin ser solicitado, es una servicio que creo debe dar el hotel, no es un airbnb. En relación a una estancia anterior, ahora muy deficiente el servicio, quizá cambió la administración.

Había una fuga de agua permanente en la regadera. Y pensé que cuando hicieran la limpieza la iban a reparar y no fue así.

Es un lugar muy bonito, tal y como sale en las fotos. Es muy limpio y el personal es excelente.
Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y cómodas, la piscina es agradable y el personal es excelente. Volvería a hospedarme acá.
Es un hotel muy tranquilo y bonito, esta construido en una casa antigua y le da un toque acojedor. La playa esta en la calle de enfrente. Además muy cerca del centro lo que te aleja un poco del ruido.

Que hay mucho silencio por la noche
La foto que muestran no es muy real, es un hotel viejo. El baño olía muy mal, olía a drenaje. La chapa de la puerta principal no servía bien. El frigobar hacía mucho ruido y lo desconecté y se hizo un charco enorme en la recámara.
