Probably cool 20 years ago. International tourists should chose a more established place like ritz carlton

Interior very cool

Cons:

The room smells like cigarettes like ridiculously bad.
Staff was very limited english
I had what appeared to be a homeless woman make her way into the 41st floor bar area and stand next to my table doing hand gestures and speaking Chinese. To which the hotel staff just told me to ignore or her. Very uncomfortable situation

Beautiful property - great value!
Pros:

The hotel is simply beautiful. The reception hall on the top floor is magnificent. The room was big and beautifully decorated. All the rooms are on high floors, and the hotel is by the river, so you get a nice view everywhere. The breakfast was great, especially the noodles! Would recommend 100%!

Cons:

The coffee at breakfast was not the best - but not a big issue!

Geweldig & luxueus verblijf!
Pros:

Beste prijs-kwaliteit hotel in de stad dat je kan vinden. De keuze bij het ontbijt is verbluffend! Het personeel is heel attent en staat altijd klaar om te helpen.

Estancia de lujo en un hotel especial en ChengDu.
Pros:

El desayuno es excelente. La habitación es amplia y cómoda y bien decorada. Está bien ubicado. El sillón de masajes es un lujo que use para descansar y recuperar mis energías. Personal amable. Vistas espectaculares.

Cons:

El lío de los ascensores (hay que subir siempre a la recepción de la planta 41, para luego acceder a las habitaciones) y lo mismo para bajar, y no lo nos lo explicaron al principio. Tampoco me gusto el depósito que hay que pagar al principio, cómo si no se fiaran, aunque al final lo devuelven sin problemas.

One of the best in Chengdu
Pros:

Probably the best value for money luxury hotel I have ever stayed. The interior is really top notch. Location is great and so is the service. 10/10!
