The hotel is in a great location, and there was plenty of space in the room. The facilities were good and working and we enjoyed our stay here.
The sofa bed was very uncomfortable with springs poking out and could not be used, it also had a dirty mattress.
decor is a bit dated, and the carpets did not look as clean as we would expect for the price.
It was a good location to King Street
How a domestic violence dispute was handled by the hotel. Also how they pretty much shrugged their shoulders at the fact that the bed that I was sleeping on had a whole bunch of black spots.
Good location
Breakfast was just ok. Pastries were stale but the cereal and waffles were good
Location, breakfast, friendly staff
Room needs major upgrade, parking fee was too high, including tips, we spend $45 on parking everyday.
Never again. We booked an Ada room then come to find out all the rooms have walk in showers. We couldn’t change the room so I called and got several people that didn’t know how to change it. Finally on the 4th phone call I got “Kimberly the Manager” I told her my dilemma, she was rude by saying “what is it you want “ told her we wanted the top floor. After she said it was more money, but it wasn’t she moved us. Come to find out it was right next to the ice machine. It made the worst sound that we had to get a sound machine. It still didn’t help. We noticed there was nothing filled up in the room and also the phone didn’t work? That’s weird? Hasn’t everyone picked up that phone to at least ask a question? It was obvious no one has been in this room for a very long time. How mean of her to do this to us. So we moved to another room this time he put us next to the street. We give up. Breakfast is Luke warm. Eggs weren’t cooked, very dirty. Coffee was room temp. So disappointed. Also you will have to pay 39 a day for parking otherwise you are parking on the road. Neighborhood is sketchy. There are homeless people right out your door. The area is definitely not safe. We seen a police man trying to get a man off the curb right outside the hotel. The pool is tiny and unkept. There are 6 chairs to sit it. 4 are cloth? No sense . Save your money . This is not a 250.00 a night hotel it’s more like the budget inn
The staff were great! Specifically the male at the front desk was amazing and recommended a delicious cafe!!
Nothing
The location
The room we were given initially smelled like urine. The system was down when we checked in and it was inconvenient, even though the staff was apologetic and trying the help there was no compensation.
When we arrived to check in we were told that the Hilton system was down so I had to fill out a paper form in order to register but I informed them I had checked in on line so I only had to fill out a portion of the form. Because of this issue they were having they could not provide me with keys for everyone in my family but gave me 2 keys that did not end up working once we got to our room so I had to go back to the desk after to tell them. They had to get maintenance to let us in our room and we didn’t have keys until the next morning when my husband went to breakfast. This was a pain because you need a key to use the elevator. The hotel itself is nice but I wish I had picked one closer to the action. It is about a mile walk from any good restaurants or shopping. Our room was big but the layout is wonky. Our couch is worn out; you kind of fall into it when you sit down, the pillows are flat and we have a room with 2 queen beds but these are the smallest queen beds I have ever seen and they are too firm for my liking. We stayed 2 nights and it was never serviced; we had to request towels and toilet paper. My family spent slime at the pool however and enjoyed it. Breakfast was decent and the staff was very friendly.
Great Hotel! Location was perfect, close to walk to places. Clean and big rooms. Super friendly staff! Very helpful and recommended some awesome places to visit. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely stay there again!
It was in close proximity to many different things.

I loved everything about it. It was beautiful and up-to-date with beautiful decor and furniture. Everyone was very friendly and the location was very good. I love Wyndham's Homewood Suites everywhere we go.
The breakfast was great.

The rooms were very nice
The only thing that I didn’t like was the breakfast. I am not sure who thinks pork meat like bbq is good for breakfast. And it didn’t ever change.
