All good nithing to complain
Pros:

Good reception service

Cons:

Nothing we didn’t stay for long , our booing was for 4 hrs only, just to freshen up and prepare for our next flight

But all in all, our stay was good!
Pros:

Clean facilities, easy check in and out and good location for a stay

Cons:

Some noise on the other rooms. Sounds like they are moving some furnitures that disturb our sleep

Nobody is perfect on earth . Very one learn from errors. So they should develop and get update day by day .
Pros:

No Netflix
No Restroom floor mat
No tooth brush and bath soap

Cons:

We are total four . Myself and wife and two kids .
I requested fallowing arrival night to a lot me room having a room connecting with room for kids .
One of the counter staff said YES but unfortunately the fallowing morning nobody take care of it .

Very poor now, not worth the money anymore. Staff appalling
Cons:

Housekeeping was terrible, staff unhelpful and rude. Cleanliness very poor, not replenishing tissue paper, only one Housekeeping every 3 days

2nd Timer (and counting)
Pros:

My second stay here and still not disappointed. The hotel is very accessible to my office, Ali Mall, the grocery store, and even some restaurants. Wi-fi is spot on too. ☺️

Cons:

There's nothing much to complain. Except maybe would consider requesting to book the 8th floor again instead, as I've had the most comfortable stay there. ☺️
