Heerlijk hotel in Mainz, niet verder zoeken
Pros:

Het hotel is erg comfortabel en ligt op nog 15 minuten van het Hauptbahnhof in de Neustadt, in een rustige wijk met heel veel mogelijkheden om uit eten te gaan of lekker van bier, wijn of wat dan ook te genieten. Vanaf het hotel is het ongeveer 30 minuten lopen naar de Alltstedt, maar onderweg ook heel veel leuke spots om te genieten van een drankje of uit eten te gaan.

Cons:

In feite niets, op één uitzondering na, ik had geen ontbijt bijgeboekt, maar toen ik toch een keer van de mogelijkheid gebruik wilde maken, waren er geen broodjes meer, terwijl ik de dag ervoor wel had aangegeven dat ik er gebruik van wilde maken. Ja, dan is €15 een te hoge prijs daarvoor

A very good room with a very good breakfast in a good location at an excellent price.
Pros:

This hotel is in a residential neigborhood roughly 10 minutes on foot from the main rail station and away from traffic - very quiet, with a grocery story about 1 block away. Check in was quick and easy, double room used as a single was spacious and adequately furnished, though the decor was bland. Everything was tidy and spotless. Breakfast was ample and tasty. Personnel were friendly and helpful. Places in Mainz that are this competent are a rare find in this price range.

Cons:

The only thing I'd like to see done differently involves coffee... the breakfast coffee maker appears to use instant coffee :( and there was no in-room coffee maker.

Klidná ulice, dobře se spalo. Pohodlné postele.Větrák u stropu stačil k ochlazení i při velmi teplé noci. Garáž pro auta i uložení kol.

Gut, aber kein Frühstück möglich, da die zuständigeHotelmitarbeiterin morgens nicht da war. Kein Personal war anwesend.

Cons:

Morgens war die Rezeption nicht besetzt, der Frühstücksraum verschlossen. Ich habe die Notfallnummer angerufen, wie auch ein weiterer Hotelgast. Es hieß, die Mitarbeiterin würde sich jetzt auf den Weg machen. Da war es schon kurz vor 8 h. Ich konnte wegen meiner Zugverbindung nicht warten und musste das Hotel daher ohne das gebuchte Frühstück verlassen. Sehr ärgerlich!
