Great location to see the old town.
Pros:

The property was conveniently located to the old town so walking everywhere was easy. The hotel handled parking for us and the staff was friendly and attentive.

Cons:

Bathroom was a bit small and water from the shower leaked out onto the floor. Really just small issues.

Pros:

Ägarna var väldigt trevliga och behjälpliga! Hotellet låg väldigt nära Gamla stan och bron. Vi hade glömt vår dotters barnvagn hemma och fick låna en utav ägarna.
Parkering exakt vid hotellet.

Great location close to old town and stari most (old bridge). Two room facilities with bedroom and separated lounge. 2 TVs , good facilities.

Cons:

No dedicated parking but there is a parking lot next door which charges 15 euro per day.

Pros:

Отель маленький, частный. С чемоданом по лестницы вверх идти не удобно. Парковка очень скромная и платная на улице.
Душевая кабине состоит из одной стеклянной перегородки, на пол моментально натекает вода. Полотенца серые от многочисленных стирок. На 1 ночь вполне можно смириться с вышеперечисленным.
Персонал отеля приветливый. Девушка с рецепции напоила нас прекрасным чаем, спасибо ей большое!

Cons:

Завтрак платный, парковка платная.
На завтрак мы не остались, оценить не могу.

Würden wieder kommen.
Pros:

Extrem freundlicher Empfang. Lage des Hotels ist ideal für den Besuch der Altstadt. Das Frühstück ist liebevoll gemacht und den Preis absolut wert. Ein Besuch des "Aussichtsturmes" auf dem Hoteldach ist ein Muss.

Cons:

Gewisse, deutliche Abnutzungsspuren im Bad. Schade, denn es macht den guten Eindruck des Zimmers ein wenig kaputt.

Stunning old town, but better to stay somewhere else.
Pros:

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the old town, which is within a 10-minute walk. If you are driving, they can help reserve a parking space in the adjacent lot. Although the space is tight and the price is high, it saves a lot of hassle and time.

Cons:

The front desk staff were a mix of warm and welcoming, and cold and perfunctory. We had booked a parking space in advance, but the receptionist on duty hadn't coordinated properly with the parking staff, resulting in the parking attendant turning us away claiming it was full, which required a lot of back-and-forth communication.

The living room window faced the staircase, but the curtains couldn't fully block the view into the room, and I even found another guest's hair band left under the sofa. When we first checked in, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, so we had to go back downstairs to ask for help. Honestly, the parking attendant actually made us feel much more comfortable than the front desk.

Good option close to everything
Pros:

Perfect location close to the old bridge. The roof terrace had some decent views of the old town, and the staff were incredibly friendly

Cons:

Our room was a little tired looking. Bed was comfy but would like more than a thin sheet but just a personal preference

A few minutes from the beach under the bridge, which was a very pleasant spot to sit at in the evenings.

Good location, spacious apartment
Pros:

We booked an apartment as there were no rooms available. We were pleasantly surprised as we've never booked an apartment before. It was very spacious with a separate large bedroom and a separate spacious living/cooking area. We were very comfortable and were able to easily cook breakfast and dinner when we didn't want to eat out.

One of the days the TV wasn't working and on calling reception, they sent someone to sort it out within minutes.

The hotel is very close to all of the attractions and restaurants so is situated in a good location and there is a supermarket a couple of minutes up the road.

We had to check out a day early due to unforeseen reasons and upon asking a discount on the extra day booking was provided which we really appreciated. All in all a good stay.

Cons:

The bathroom shower was a bit of a problem as the water does spill forward but that's more to do with the design of the shower cubicle.

Super location and staff. I’d stay again next time. Mostar is such a gem.
Pros:

The location was perfect… just 5 minutes to old town… everything was close by. Very helpful staff. And really good coffee.. always a bonus.
