Pros:

Todos los encargados de la recepción y cafeteria muy seeviciales y amables. También tienen un servicio de coche con conductor (fenomenal), que nos facilitó el viaje. Muy bien situado. Lo recomiendo sin duda.

Outstanding Hospitality & Incredible Value for Money!
Pros:

Hotel Sinan Han exceeded all of our expectations. The location is perfect, just a minute's walk from the Old Bridge, making it easy to explore the beautiful Old Town while still enjoying a peaceful stay.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a great selection to start the day.

What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional hospitality. The owners and staff are genuinely warm, friendly, and always willing to help. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and gave us excellent local recommendations.

The hotel also offers excellent value for money. The quality of the accommodation, service, and location is outstanding for the price, making it one of the best places to stay in Mostar.

We highly recommend Hotel Sinan Han to anyone visiting Mostar and will definitely return on our next trip!

Otel personeli cok guler yuzlu ve sevecen. Rezervasyon sirasindaki soruna sebep olan kisi haric diger personele tesekkur ederiz.

Rezervasyon akabinde; cocuklarla seyahat ettigimizi, ara kapisi olan birlesen 2 oda talep ettigimizi yazdim, mevcut olup olmadigini 2 defa sordum ve her ikisinde de evet cevabi aldim ancak otele vardigimizda ara kapisi olan birlesen odalarinin olmadigini soylediler, iki bagimsiz oda vermeyi teklif ettiler. Emniyetli bulmadigimiz icin tek odaya sigmaya calismak zorunda kaldik. Seyahatimizin tek sorunlu kismi haline geldi ve konaklama konforu kalmadi.

Falling apart.
Pros:

The location is great… right outside of the old town. The parking guy next door was kind (€10 a day, not affiliated with hotel).

Cons:

Unfortunately there are so many thing wrong… the unit (2br apt) was in bad shape. The side tables were all falling off the wall, the couch was broken and lopsided, there are screws in the walls where things used to hang, there is oddly no table to sit at (despite having the space), the dishes were dirty on arrival, housekeeping skipped a day, the beds were extremely hard, and the internet was weak or not working. Oh also no sink in the kitchenette so you have to wash dishes in the bathroom.

This place is the definition of what happens when you renovate a place using low quality ikea stuff. Please pass.

Excellent stay at Hotel Sinan Han! The breakfast was delicious, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and everything was very clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and my late check-in was handled without any problems. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Nice hotel in a great location in Mostar. Room was big with a completely separate living area with a tv and sofa. fridge in the room which was nice

Cons:

Room was quite basic. We were facing the road so the traffic and school kids woke us most mornings. Also the curtains werent very black out. We didn’t mind this as we were so busy exploring we slept away. But just in case youre a light sleeper. Also WiFi wasn’t great

I stayed at Hotel Sinan Han as a solo traveler and had a very pleasant experience. I arrived quite late, but the check-in process was smooth and the staff were welcoming and helpful despite the late hour.

My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, allowing me to rest well after my journey. The hospitality was excellent, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay.

Thank you for the warm welcome. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

Cons:

Очень тесно, WiFi не работал от слова совсем. Персонал помочь не смог. Автопарковка - это просто на улице, вдоль этого отеля. Парковка, что рядом - платная.
