Her şey çok güzeldi. Kahvaltı , temizlik , ilgi ve alaka ve konum . Daha önce de burada kalmıştım. Mimar Sinan’ımızdan almış olduğu ismi ve Türkçe bilen sahipleri Adrian ve eşine çok teşekkür ederiz . Kesinlikle yine geleceğiz.

Muy poco equipado. Ni una silla en la sala, ni un colgador, etc.
Apartamento nuevo pero como materiales básicos y mal rematado.
Por la ventana del dormitorio se oía totalmente el paso de los vehículos y el hablar de la gente de la calle > Ventana de madera que cierra mal sin junta de goma. Fotografía.
Sofá cama muy duro.
Ducha pequeña con mampara sin puerta por donde se va todo el agua al ducharte incluso con cuidado.

We loved our stay here as a family of 9, the rooms were clean, large apartment style and the hotel had a warm family feel to it. Staff were amazing, so helpful. The manager went out of his way to make our stay the best ever and we would definitely return here. Perfect location, breakfast was great, good service, lovely staff!
L'hotel ha un'ottima posizione e la camera in cui abbiano soggiornato davvero ampia. Buona la colazione e molto gradevoli gli spazi comuni. L'hotel si trova davvero a 5 minuti dallo Stari Most e dalla zona turistica. Molto gentile la ragazza alla reception.
Pessima gestione del tema parcheggio. Avevamo un auto a noleggio quindi avevo chiesto di prenotarlo e ricevuto conferma. All'arrivo uno degli addetti alla reception ha detto che dovevamo cercarlo in autonomia. Poi si è liberato un posto davanti e ci ha fatto parcheggiare lì. Abbiamo chiesto per il pagamento: la risposta è stata no problem. Il giorno dopo abbiamo trovato la ricevuta per pagare sull'auto (10 marchi, niente) ma abbiamo dovuto andare in posta per pagarla. La sera al ritorno abbiamo parcheggiato nel parcheggio adiacente (ma non convenzionato e suppongo nemmeno in ottimi rapporti): 10 marchi (5 euro) al giorno. Perfetto. Al mattino dopo vedendo che uscivamo dall'hotel, ci hanno chiesto altri 5 marchi. Tutto molto male. Attenzione a questo aspetto!
Amazing hotel, but the hosts and staff are even more amazing! We had a wonderful stay at Sinan Han. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.
The hotel is also ideally located in the heart of Mostar, making it the perfect base for exploring the city and being within easy walking distance of all the main sights.
What truly made our stay special, though, was the incredible kindness and hospitality of the hosts and staff. They were exceptionally warm and caring, especially when I became ill during our stay. They went above and beyond to help and support me every step of the way, and I will always be grateful for that.
Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We would happily stay at Sinan Han again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mostar!
J'ai passé un agréable séjour à Mostar, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait à deux pas du vieux Pont stari mostar, l'équipe de l'hôtel est super gentille, à l'écoute et très serviable, et puis rien à dire sur la propreté des lieux.
La habitación es super amplia, con una sala, habitación y baño. Las camas es grande y súper cómoda. A tan sólo 10 minutos del centro.
El desayuno Bosnio te lo sirven ellos en un precioso comedor y muy bueno.
El personal muy cercano.
Todo esta súper limpio

Great location. Staff were lovely and really keen to help us enjoy our stay. Prompt communication via WhatsApp helped planning. Parking next door for extra 15 euro per night.
Hot water intermittent, some need for maintenance (bedside lights not working, shelves sloping so things fell off).
Breakfast was incredible. The staff was amazing and so helpful. Also the view from the terrace on top was great and the hotel is in a very good location at a pretty short walk to the famous Old Mostar Bridge
La locacion es fantastica! Cerca del old bridge, cerca de un supermercado, farmacia, uno de los puentes, a pocos minutos de las principales atracciones..
En los dias en donde nos hospedamos, una de esas noches, hubo una celebracion de un equipo de futbol. Habian muchas personas caminando por esa calle, y se podia escuchar todo, incluso escuchamos todo lo qué pasaba en la calle en las siguientes noches, no descansamos apropiadamente debido al ruido
The location is perfect, 5 minutes from the main attractions in the old city; the staff is so wonderful. It was very hot outside, we found a good refuge in the room. Parking is expensive because of the location but worth it; very local breakfast which is a really nice change and the staff made an effort for my vegan husband.
