Fantastisch
Pros:

Locatie op klein stukje lopen van Braga street is uitstekend. Mooi hotel, hele ruime (Privilege) kamers met heerlijk balkon. Rooftop bar, zwembad en kleine gym zijn top. Ontbijt met alles wat je kan wensen. Personeel is super vriendelijk.

Cons:

Liften, slechts 2 voor zo’n groot hotel en ook nog behoorlijk langzaam, kan beter. Wij konden geen staircase vinden behalve de nooduitgang.

The location, the food, the staffs.. All r OK n nice.

Cons:

The rooms r not acoustic where sound from the next door is quite clear.. Even the flushings from their toilets.
Also, to ask for the amenities, could have been told while checking.

Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, el desayuno es de los mejores que he visto en un hotel, y el personal es muy amable, como es costumbre en Indonesia. Desde el primer momento recibí excelente atención, y quiero destacar a la funcionaria del front-desk Nailul, que fue de gran ayuda para resolver un inconveniente que tuve en el check out. Sin duda que voy a repetir mi estadía cuando regrese a Bandung.

Good hotel and good base in the city. Hotel the staff are outstanding.
Pros:

Excellent place to stay in Bandung, short walk to Braga for all restaurants etc. Smart hotel, nice rooftop bar and pool, excellent breakfast. Special mention to hotel staff, every single person we had contact with was friendly, efficient and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast room gets very busy at peak times and it can be difficult to find a table.

Recommended for all guests with or without children.
Pros:

Good and safe location. I woke up about 230AM to buy some medicines from the Alfa Mart nearby. Amenities are nearby. The breakfast spread is very good. Recommend the breakfast buffet!

Good value for money hotel at Bandung city Center
Pros:

Nice location at city Center, lots of eateries nearby like PT rasa and Kingsley
Very good room pricing
Room size not bad, still quite spacious even after we add extra bed
Staff is very friendly, especially laundry service

Cons:

Gym is functional but it’s a little small
The toilet and bathroom start showing wear and tear, in need of refurbishment
Only 2 lifts serving the entire property, waiting time can be annoying

I had a pleasant stay at Mercure Bandung City Centre. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly, and the rooftop pool offers a beautiful view of Bandung. The breakfast selection was also very good
