Pros:

Localização, café da manhã ok

Cons:

Ausência de serviço de quarto, ausência de toalhas de rosto, toalhas rasgadas, falta de cortesia dos funcionários. Foi solicitado um berço na reserva e no check in, infelizmente ele b nunca chegou.

Colchões bons. Acustica media, shopping na frente, travesseiro bom, varios canais na tv, Limpeza ok, Ar condicionado silencioso.

Cons:

Chuveiro pouca agua, edredon velho, fino e manchado, cafe da manha caiu muito de uns anos pra ca, xicaras sem pires(troquem tudo por canecas então), se vc chegar 1/2 pro final do café não tem reposição de mais nada. Sem iluminação dentro do box. Janelas sujas, Bem caro pro nivel do hotel
