no sirve de nada tener un hotel 3 estrellas y haces pasar malos ratos a tus pasajeros
Pros:

buenas instalaciones, (habitaciones, áreas comunes, comedor,etc..)

Cons:

reservamos habitación con cama matrimonial y al llegar al hotel nos estaban dando una habitación con camas individuales, nos dijeron que fue falla del sistema ya que el hotel estaba sobre vendido cosa que no es mi problema, es segunda vez que esta situación se repite, por mi parte buscaré otra opción para hospedarme en copiapo de ahora en adelante, reconozco que tiene una excelente infraestructura pero no les sirve de nada si siguen repitiendo estos garrafales errores.

Nunca más con familia...solo trabajo.

Cons:

La habitación no es apta para familia. No es posible estar con un coche de bb y sus bolsos. El ruido interno es muy alto tanto de los muros vecinos como de los portazos.Y por último el servicio nocturno no se condice con lo cordial del servicio diurno.
