Clean, spacious and easy check in and out.
The bed was a little uncomfortable, I felt like I was rolling in to the middle. The pool was cold.
Close to airport which is great for those with an overnight stop over
Paid extra for an executive room which is totally not worth it. It unlike executive stays with other hotel brands. Massive disappointment
Everything was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly.
I ordered a steak for dinner, and got a steak. Nothing else. I probably should have asked what came with it, but I also wasn’t asked what I’d like with it, besides sauce.
After spending the night at the Pullman I thought I see what other people had to say about booking the executive room option which we unfortunately did. The review I read was dated May 2025 and it’s now August 2026. Nothing has changed. When booking in I asked where the lounge was and as it turned out same floor as our room and only a couple of doors away. Nice very convenient but when we entered the lounge there was basically nothing there. A bit of fruit, some mini biscuits, soft drinks and water. So I went back to reception and asked about the executive happy hour and was then provided with coupons for the bar down stairs. The coupons provided us with one drink of wine, beer, cider or soft drinks and a platter of food. Not what we were expecting so I totally agree the extra price isn’t product worthy. Other than that the hotel meets the standards of a Pullman hotel. My advice for what it’s worth is drop your executive offer it does nothing positive for your branding in the format you offer.
Great staff easy to deal with, could have a service for airport drop off s it is a long walk for some
Everything
It didn't feel like someone had just vacated the room. Easy to walk to the Domestic terminal
Expensive restaurant
Pool and the location
Gym needs updating - limited choice of machines and two were broken
Service and food in the restaurant
Great place to relax.
Got in late, easy check in. Great room, able to relax and then get to the airport easily early next morning
Price lol but worth it
The room was comfortable, well appointed and the bathroom was lux. Staff were lovely.
I was happy with most of it. I think you could improve the hot breakfast.
The hot breakfast was that enticing
Cleanly, easy stay close to the domestic terminal.
