That I had contacted the hotel prior to organise that the rooms were next to each other. Only to arrive and find that hadn’t been done. But the staff accommodated my request after we arrived. Just took extra time.

The aircon was on so low I had an immediate stiff person syndrome attack in my throat from the cold air on walking in. And then the system is confusing to work out. Luckily I had a support worker with me who could get me out of there and help treat me and then get the team to help bring the temp up to a climate that wasn’t the Antarctics!
Great location and facilities for an overnight stay following a late international arrival. The room was clean and spacious. Both the check-in and check-out processes were easy. There was a late-night food menu was appreciated after a late arrival!

Bar restaurant and pool liked nice, but we didn't use them.
Booked superior king room. At check in, I had to type in all my details whilst the staff member just stands and watches, why? Just took longer.
Was given a room set up for people with disabilities, which did have a king bed, so I'll give them that.
Bathroom did not have a usable vanity bench near the sink/mirror. Only had a shower with a shower curtain srrounding and the water ran straight under and made the floor all wet. (No bath, which was very dissapointing). Felt more like a hospital bathroom.
No bedside table on one side of the bed, so everything had to go on the floor. Just very underwhelming. I booked the Pullman, expecting more.
