I loved the support you got when you arrived and I totally loved breakfast
I got a bit lost walking from the airport to the Hotel. It was 8.30 at night but I eventually got there. I also didn't like that I had to scan a QR code to see the menu for room service as I was starving. Didn't end up having anything to eat as I am old and cannot use QR codes.
The bed mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable. After a long 24 trip it is always wonderful to be able to enjoy a comfy bed and sleep. Shower and nice fluffy towels were also a bonus to room comfort.
I arrived a little after 10 pm after traveling 24 hours hoping to enjoy some food and drinks at hotel restaurant or if restaurant wasn't open a bar. Nothing was open. It took many calls to get room service and what I wanted was out of stock. For a so-called international hotel airport with all of the amenities an international traveler would hope for, this was an incredibly disappointing stay. The price does NOT match the service and overall stay.

Lovely large comfortable room.
Advertised close to airport, however not the international terminal. Unable to walk. For the price we were very surprised the airport shuttle was not free.

Very easy walking from airport. We stayed overnight between domestic and international flight. Got into late but self check-in is seamless. Staff were available to assist. Used shuttle service to international next day. Room spacious, clean and comfortable.

The staff were marvellous Annalise, Dom, bar lady and reception (sorry I lost the staff names.) service was excellent and the room was lovely. Will stay there again the future
