Ideal location for our needs. Staff and service was excellent. Facilities lovely.
Not so keen on the opaque glass on the bedroom side of the bathroom. The light was a bother when on.
Easy check in, great staff, room very clean, comfortable bed, .
Room was very basic for a 5 star hotel. Lack of seating, with only 1 chair at the table., I guess that's okay if your on you own, but there was 2 of us. Room was also quite small. And, although advertising a mini bar, and listing prices, there wasn't one. Glass wall between the bath room and the bed room, why?
Due to the above and the high price we won't be staying there again.

The location and friendly staff.
I didn’t find the bed comfortable, nor the pillows.
It was annoying the soap dispensers were not working properly.
Everyone just went out of their way to be as helpful and welcoming as possible. I loved the restaurant. Dining alone for dinner is never the most easy thing, but the staff were brilliant. Hats off to the chef who made the Cacio et Pepe, it was heaven.
The lady who helped me with parking when I was checking in was so lovely, as was the young lady who helped me when I left my keycard in my room.
Breakfast was excellent - well laid out, plenty of variety and again the lady who explained everything was absolutely lovely.
This is going to sound so petty, the scrambled eggs at breakfast were a bit dry and it would have been better if I could have had a teapot or a large mug of tea, rather than the little cups. Like I say, very petty.
