Convenient
The room we had was next to the cleaners cupboard and the sort banged on and off for hours in the afternoon to the night. Coming from a long haul flight it was very disruptive to our sleep
It’s convenient for boarding a flight
We payed extra for the Executive Lounge but there wasn’t one as in other hotels, you were given two drink vouchers and a platter voucher to use in the bar downstairs as the lounge wasn’t supported even though the advertising said different.

TV was not working and at 11 PM, I did not feel like complaining. During cleaning it is better to verify the TV is working before issuing the room for occupancy rather than the hotel guest discover it and complain to get it fixed.
Staff assistance was fantastic.
Signage to walk from domestic terminal at night was not easy to follow.

No tv remote in room and hairdryer did not work. Cleaning staff helped me which was appreviated
