Clean, good size room. Staff were friendly and helpful
Friendly and Professional staff, lovely genuine greeting on arrival, helpful service with our luggage, all our questions answered plus relevant add on information around our questions
We did have a bit of a long wait for our dinner at the restaurant, but it was so very delicious and the wait staff looked after us very well

The location of course is excellent. The hotel was extremely clean and well presented, as were the rooms. The food, including the breakfast was to the standard you would expect from the pullman.
The executive lounge deal is the worst i have come across yet. An exec lounge that isnt used, 2 vouchers each for the inclusive 2 hour drinks from a select list, a share plate that consisted of 5 slices of meat, two spring rolls and two pieces of cheese with fill in bread and nuts to cover other parts of the plate. The exec club room, good but worth the price?
The staff are also not the kind of staff you would expect at a pullman, not as warming and inclusive as other hotels, and the self check in needed the support of the staff for everyone i saw come in!

Buffet breakfast delicious. Staff lovely. Room clean.
Arranging for a late checkout to get a call saying we were to checkout at 11am. No communication from night shift staff to morning staff. Our flight was delayed and we arrived much later than expected arrival I knew my 8 year old would need a morning nap hence why I asked for 12pm checkout just for her to be woken up by a phone call. Ended up checking out at 11:30am.
The hotel's convenient proximity to the airport made it a practical choice for travellers requiring easy access to flights. The bed was also very comfortable, which contributed to a restful night's sleep.
Some staff appeared somewhat indifferent and lacked the warmth, attentiveness and engagement one would typically expect in a hospitality environment.
The absence of a flexible or refundable booking option was also disappointing, particularly for business travellers whose schedules can change at short notice.
Additionally, the restaurant was overpriced relative to the quality and standard of the food. Unfortunately, the overall dining experience did not justify the pricing.

The restaurant. I had salmon that was not properly cooked- charred on the outside but largely raw and cool on the inside, making it hard to get small bones out.
