For a 3 star hotel it was very good
Pros:

Breakfast was good selection. Rooms were nicely decorated. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Cigarette butts on our balcony. Reception area needed an update and dusting

Good hotel in quiet location
Pros:

Hotel in quiet location with super confy beds, good AC and small rooftop terrace. Very friendly staff and okay breakfast.

Cons:

The walls in my room where stained from previous guests and the bathroom could have been cleaned better. Nothing really bad, but for the price it did not 100% meet my expectations.

Pros:

Nice large room with modern bathroom and comfy bed. Girls on reception gave out flowers on international women's day which was very sweet.

Cons:

Noise from the construction was very disruptive, there was no information on the listing prior to booking, just a sign in the lift after check in. They were often working well past midnight and started very early in the morning so it did really impact sleep and if there had been a prior warning we probably wouldn't have booked. Breakfast was basic, stale bread and limited vegetarian options.

It was a great hotel overall.
Pros:

I like how the room is beautiful and clean.
And they have all amenities including two water bottles per day, pajamas, slippers and so on.

Cons:

The only thing that bothered me was the shower gel bottle , it is difficult to get the amount I want . But I think this is just a matter of changing the bottle.

Mình là dân SG, hiện đang làm việc tại PQ. Do có công việc cá nhân nên mới đặt phòng ngoài để ở. Tổng thể mọi thứ 8 điểm
Pros:

Vị trí thuận lợi. Nệm êm. Phòng tạo cảm giác thoải mái.
Bạn nhân viên Khánh làm ca đêm 100đ nhiệt tình và dễ thương.

Cons:

Lúc check-in có 1 chút không vui.
Tình trạng phòng ốc, đồ đạc tạm ổn. Cũ nhưng vẫn được.
Do thời tiết SG đang khá nóng nên cảm giác máy lạnh không đủ lạnh (chỉ 1 tiếng đầu, vài tiếng sau sẽ thấy ổn hơn)

Pros:

Staff were attentive and tried to help when needed due to having some issues in the room.

Cons:

The room's air con did not work properly. It took ages for the room to get to an ok temperature to be able to sleep. They tried to help though but it was not that effective.

It was not cleaned! A battery fell under the bed and when I picked it up noticed too much dust and rubbish

Het hotel ligt centraal en de sfeer is knus. Het ontbijt is goed en het personeel is vriendelijk.

Cons:

Er lag een flinke laag stof onder het bed, er wordt dus niet goed schoongemaakt. Ook de douche was lek dus we hoorden de hele nacht druppels. Hygiëne is matig, maar ik heb erger gezien.

良いところに出会えて良かったです♡

部屋もカラフルで綺麗でした♪朝食が本当に美味しかったです。一食でも多く人気店の食事をしようと計画立てていましたがホテルの朝食が美味しかったので毎日頂きました♪
スタッフの皆さんも若い方々で笑顔で対応頂きとても心地よい空間でした。ソアラさんには、細かい気遣い沢山してもらったのと英語が話せず翻訳アプリであたふたしていたのに丁寧に対応頂きました。感謝です
