Decisamente senza lode, spero che migliorino visto l’ottima ubicazione per Padova-Vicenza
Pros:

La cortesia e gentilezza della ragazza che ci ha accolti alla reception, dandoci tutte le spiegazioni sul funzionamento penso e credo per qualche lavoro in struttura… acqua offerta dalla struttura perché il sabato mattina non potevano servire la colazione, reception e cucina chiuse.
Buona anche l’organizzazione per il Check-in e Check-out con orari elasticissimi
Ottimo collegamento con i mezzi pubblici

Vetrate dell’ingresso veramente sporche
Moquette dei corridoi veramente macchiata
Camere con leggera sporcizia ma visibilissima, polvere angoli dei pavimenti radiatore del bagno con ragnatele a vista tra gli elementi

La ubicación era relativamente cerca del centro

Cons:

La atención en general no fue buena, el día sábado no había desayuno y tampoco personal para chequear la salida.
Secadora de pelo muy mala, habitación muy poco confortable.
El desayuno muy mal.

Terrible, stay away from these fraudsters

We booked this hotel and a day before our arrival, the hotel sent us a message that the reception will be closed on our arrival date and that we should use the backdoor and enter a PIN to access our room key.

When we arrived at the hotel, we did as the hotel had instructed. The first red flag was that the backdoor was not locking. We went through the corridor (with dirty carpets) to the 2nd floor where our room was located. On entering our room, the room door couldn't close as well, the toilet was dark and dirty. The linen on the bed was stained and the room had a bad smell.

We decided to leave the hotel immediately because it was not safe since we had kids. We returned the key to the locker and booked another hotel that night.

We contacted the hotel for a refund of our money but they refused to refund the money saying that the booking was non-refundable. We are now trying to get the refund through booking.com.

The hotel is run down and looks like a temporary shelter. Please stay away from this hotel / shelter.
