Pros:

Özellikle resepsiyondaki hanım ( ne yazık ki adını unuttum)çok yardımseverdi. Oldukça ağır olan valizim için yardım etmesini istediğimde bizzat kendi taşıdı. Başka konularda da çok yardım etti.

Pros:

The hotel was modern , clean and the staff were friendly.
It is located away from the main part of Zagreb but we chose it for its proximity to the bus station.
You can easily take a cheap tram to get you to the main part of the city.

Terrible, stay away for this place that has probably illegal aliens living in the basement.
Pros:

Disrespectful behaviour by young and inexperienced managers, ruined my trip to Zagreb. Never will stay in this dump again, that has foreign national sleeping and living and cooking in the hotel basement. Is this legal?? No wonder stuff disappeared out of my room when I was out!!

Hotel National stay
Pros:

It was great to come back again in this hotel which is my station for some 6 years already.I would like to thank to staff at reception ,young man who had his first day yesterday and Katarina who makes the best coffee .The toom was very clean with great bathroom.

Breakfast not worth it
Pros:

The room was nice and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast was expensive and likely a bacteriafest. The jams had ants and the ham looked like it had been there several days. The milk broather for the latte had gelatinous milk from past days. Not worth the value.

Pros:

Možnost příjezdu pozdě v noci, velmi jasné instrukce. Blízko centra, parkování hned u hotelu.

Cons:

Klimatizace fouká přímo na postel, těžko se hledá kompromis mezi studeným průvanem a moc velkým horkem v pokoji v těchto extrémních vedrech. Guma na dveřích do sprchového koutu dole by chtěla vyměnit. Ráno se kolem parkoviště motal divný opilý bezdomovec.
