Pros:

The room was big and comfortable, way more so than I expected for a city hotel. The location was great for us and the staff was really nice and friendly. We will likely stay here again when we are in DC to visit family.

I always stay here when i can. I love the hotel, the desks, the comfy beds, the easy location.
Pros:

I had asked for a specific room layout, and although my initial room was not to my liking, the staff worked to give me what I had asked for. I was grateful.

A wonderfully comfortable and quiet stay in a fantastic location with everything we could want right
Pros:

The bedding was insanely comfortable—like sleeping on a cloud! The room itself was quiet and relaxing, while the location was fantastic. There was so much around us, with tons of great places within easy walking distance. It was the perfect combination of a peaceful room and a lively, convenient neighborhood.

Cons:

Honestly, there wasn't anything I particularly disliked. Everything about our stay was great.

Fine, except when we saw the extra charges which add up if you're staying several days.
Pros:

The Line is a pleasant place to stay and No Goodbyes is a pleasant restaurant. Coffee shop staff and coffee are decent also. Room was fine, hallways a bit worn.

Cons:

The amenities fee $27/day that is added whether you use amenities (including wifi) at all. We used none and were still billed. This did not show up on our confirmation when we reserved. I don't know if this is a Line or a Bookings problem but it was not factored into our choice because it was invisible until we checked out.
