Fabulous hotel with very friendly staff. The whole experience made us feel welcome, from the homemade treats which appeared at breakfast and were waiting for us with a glass of wine when we got back from a Lang day site seeing, to the friendly recommendations and help with booking airport transfers and other transport.
There was nothing to dislike about this stay.

The warm welcome. The quirky and homely gifts like complimentary coffee, homemade cake with a glass of wine. Subtle but lovely touches. 19 rooms went the extra mile.
The only fault I could make, and it's a trivial one but might make fussier guests complain, was the quality of the bathroom toiletries. Made zero difference to me because the place itself is more than what I wanted, but to other more problematic moany guests, they could take an exception.
Location was perfect. Nice rooftop deck looking over harbor. Monica at the front desk was extremely helpful - great recommendations for coffee and gelato! Very easy to store bags before check in.
Amazing staff, they went above and beyond to make sure your stay was comfortable. Each and every staff member was polite, kind and attentive.
The buffet breakfast - folk on here moan but it is advertised as continental and let me to ypu, its a very good continental. The hotel has 19 rooms, there is more than enough choice and option for everyone, enough to start you on your day.

Roof top views wow!! Lovely seating. Amazing views and sunset. Perfectly timed with complimentary wine/ beers/ prosecco (6-8pm!!)
Rooms are comfortable and have the amenities needed for your stay.
3 night stay with absolutely no complaints.
Please ignore the negative that anyone puts on here, they clearly are picking at minor details, and should of gone elsewhere or paid more for elsewhere etc. Moaning people who expect too much, can be ignored.
Will recommend this hotel to friends and family. Will return to this hotel when next visit.

19 Rooms was very well situated to explore Valletta. Lovely bars and restaurants close by as well as many landmarks. The large, well decorated room was spotlessly clean and the buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choice for a small hotel. The breakfast room was also very tastefully decorated. All the staff were fabulous - friendly and very helpful. 10 out of 10
Our room didn’t have a window but to be honest there is so much to see in Valletta that we spent very little time in the room. If you were staying longer it would be best to ask for a room with a view.
We loved the atmosphere, the peaceful moments of silence when appropriate, and the international mix of guests and people working around .
We also appreciated the thoughtful little touches, such as the homemade afternoon cake and the friendly messages in the lift and the lounge.
These details made our stay feel especially warm and welcoming.
Molt bé tot, el tracte i amabilitat del personal. La room 2 duplex una meravella. Les instal.lacions, l'esmorzar boníssim, els croissants deliciosos! Molt a prop del centre i alhora allunyat del bullici. Una estada curta però perfecte!!
Només un petit detall a considerar. Tractant-se d'un allotjament de 4 estrelles de més de 200 euros la nit (mes juliol) considero que és important canviar les tovalloles de dutxa diàriament, donat que amb l'humitat que hi ha a la zona no s'assecaven d'un dia a l'altre i t'havies d'eixugar amb la tovallola totalment humida. Per la resta, tot perfecte :-)
The location was good and nice quiet hotel. Easy to walk around to certain locations and great restaurants.
Thank you to Daniel for his recommendation for dinner we went Aaron’s kitchen amazing. He was such a lovely young man who helped us and great service from him. Also to Monica who was also very friendly we loved our stay at 19 rooms.
The pillows were not comfortable at all, so maybe cater for other peoples likes and a have a small pillow menu.
God beliggenhet, stort rom med flott bad. God frokost og en hyggelig takterasse. Veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme ansatte.
