Sehr gutes sauberes Hotel nahe Haram
Pros:

Nähe zu Haram. Sauberer guter Zustand des Hotels und der Zimmer. Freundliches Personal. Guter Preis.

Cons:

Klimaanlage ist manchmal schwer zu kontrollieren (meist sehr kalt und schwer runter zu regulieren) - das ist aber Meckern auf hohem Niveau

The hotel is not far from the haram and a lovely location
Pros:

The hotel was nice and clean and the cleaners will come daily to clean up and change the bed sheets. The staff were friendly and cheerful.

I liked staying in this nice hotel
Pros:

Clean , price is reasonable for the quality of the facility. They are helpful and also the location is near to Haram around 6-7 minutes walking.

Cons:

The Reception needs to be updated with new furniture

Oui j'ai bien aimé c'est top rien a dire le personnel là réception un gentil jeune homme qui s'appelle yassir ou yassine , alors pour l'hôtel : le confort la climatisation l'approximation le service satisfait je compte retourner au mois sacrée ramadan inchalah s'il y a un prix correct

Apart from small issues, the hotel was clean comforatble and value for money with reasonably priced.
Pros:

Family of six stayed for 7 nights each at two connected triple bedrooms . The overall hotel was very good. Check In procedure was very fast. Room keys were handed over to me within 3-4 miuntes. The lobby was very good. The staff at Reception was also good. Just next building excellent restaurant, saloon, grocery shop and laundry was there. Farooj broasted was also near and these outlets are very reasonable priced. Even the stay of 14 nights was reasonably priced. Got value for money.

Cons:

Location is far from Haram but I knew that through Google Maps. Press button for Lifts coming down from first floor was not working. Only 2 out for 4 were OK. The press button inside lifts for first floor was not working too. Hence, most of the times we had to get down at second floor and come down to first floor through stairs. This problem was not solved during our whole stay period.
