Everything perfect!!!!
We had such a great stay at the Bvlgari Hotel! Everything was beautiful, super comfortable, and the service was amazing from start to finish.
Huge shoutout to Laura Li – she was incredibly helpful and made everything so easy for us. From the little details to the bigger things, she really took care of us and made sure we had the best experience.
Can’t wait to come back!
From the moment we arrived at the Bvlgari Hotel Beijing, it was clear that this would be a truly special experience. The hotel itself is immaculately maintained—every detail, from the architecture to the interiors, exudes elegance and sophistication. The facilities are top-notch, and the rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably kept, making for a supremely comfortable stay.
What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional service. The entire team was not only warm and welcoming but also incredibly attentive and proactive. They went above and beyond to accommodate every request, often anticipating our needs before we even voiced them. Their genuine hospitality made us feel incredibly valued and at home, which made our stay all the more enjoyable.
Our time at the Bvlgari Hotel Beijing was nothing short of outstanding, and we left with wonderful memories. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, seamless, and truly personalized experience in Beijing.

All good.
Design and surrounding areas.
Exceptional personalized service which we appreciated even prior to arrival. Rooms were spacious and yet comfortable. Location is great and convenient to the 3rd ring road and beside a river. We truly enjoyed our stay.
