Pros:

Desk attendant tried to be helpful.

Cons:

Booking.com did not appropriately contact them to notify them of my booking, so we showed up and they didn’t have a reservation. I’ve still been charged for this, and have tried to cancel the extra reservation, but no one has reached out yet.

Great location, safe and very well maintained
Pros:

Property is in a great location and family friendly. Very clean and well maintained.

Cons:

Room is slightly dark in a certain areas and the glass bathroom squeaks. But besides that very nice rooms and very well maintained property.

Very clean and modern hotel. My wife and I loved it.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The waffle station often got a line behind it and the hotel could do better by adding a second waffle maker.
