Clean great value for money good location

During my stay there were electricity cut offs for hours no ac working no socket or tv working other than that it was a comfortable stay

Honnêtement rien du tout. Pour une chaîne comme Mercure c'est une grande déception.
Hormis je précise gentillesse des femmes de chambre et réception

Tout. Emplacement, bâtiment des chambres sales.
Certains clients fumaient dans leurs chambres cigarettes plus cannabis, forte odeur.
Bruits des clients qui hurle la nuit, cris etc..
Piscine franchement Idem tellement d'hommes pas polies... ménage est fait mais j'ai pas compris fin de journée voir soirée !!!

For short stay if you want to avoid the Bangla Road area
Pros:

It’s clean and not too far from Bangla Road. Approx 10-15 mins walk
The view and set up at the rooftop bar is great

Cons:

1- Rooms were extremely humid, my phone gave an alarm for wet usb port every time I tried to plug it in the wall socket. Without the dehumidifier the room became damp and the floor completely wet in minutes.
2- Not many restaurants around the hotel. Food at the only restaurant at the Hotel was below average.
We ordered a tomato soup and received gravy of butter chicken. We’ve never returned food back. But had to do so this time. Burgers were under cooked and had big pieces of tendons
We didn’t get charged for the Soup, but over all the food was not good, however the prices were above average

The room they gave us was full of cippage and water was droping from the ceiling on the bed and management seems very unresponsive for the fault. They tried to cover it
