Fabulous little gem, the room was great clean it provided you with everything breakfast is also good the stuff were super friendly super helpful and the location is a great if you especially if you're going to knock markets it's a bit further away from the center but there's easy access to many places 7-Eleven is right in front of you when you go out of the hotel McDonalds is at the closest point to the hotel

Pros:

Quite new hotel, looks good.
Unlimited drinking water is available.
Sutthisan area is not a tourist centre, but you can experience real Thai feeling more than in Sukhumvit, it is quite convenient when you learn what is where around.

Cons:

The hotel is 10 minutes from MRT Sutthisan. It is OK in dry weather without a luggage.
AC was broken, we had to move to a different room. A
