Amazed by this hotel, will come again definitely.
Pros:

The location is fantastic, connected to Ghonadah mall. The Executive king suite was too big, luxurious and comfortable. The staff is very supportive and professional.

Cons:

The hotel design, the lobby, the facilities. Tunnel connectivity to the mall.

-تم الاتصال عدة مرات علي سواء لتحديد خيارات الغرفه او غيره وتم التحدث معي باللغه الانجليزيه. المفترض التواصل بالعربي، لماذا يجب علي التحدث بالانجليزيه في بلدي؟
-السعر مرتفع بشكل مبالغ فيه
