Pros:

I had a wonderful experience staying here. Everything was prepared before I arrived till checked out the hotel.

Breakfast, variety of menu available, great services and special thanks for Manager Emaad Fatani he gave a nice welcome and hospitality every morning.Jayman for his food recommendation.

Super thanks for Karissa Romulo, the manager gave all requested supporting during my stay. With her kindly concern to welcome us. We highly appreciated on her performance.

Location is great with skywalk to the Granada Mall. I can find all things there.

Spa, gym and sauna also great especially Manager Noi and her team Hasan Abdullah. He gave very nice massage, gym fully equipped and sauna also great.

Definitely Hilton Riyadh will be our place to stay for next visit.

An amazing stay made memorable by the hotel’s welcoming, helpful, and professional team.
Pros:

What I liked most about this hotel was the people. From the reception team to the restaurant, housekeeping, management, and operations teams, everyone was amazing, welcoming, and genuinely helpful.

A special thank you to Bushra and Saleh, as well as Emad from the restaurant, for their excellent service. I would also like to recognize the Saudi chefs at breakfast. They were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and made the breakfast experience even more enjoyable.

I wish I could mention everyone by name because the entire team deserves recognition. The housekeeping team was also wonderful and quickly changed my pillow when I requested it.

Thank you to the whole team for making my stay truly memorable. I would definitely love to return.

Extraordinary value for money.
Pros:

Very beautiful ambience throughout. Very stylish and elegant. The staff’s dedication and commitment was outstanding. Despite me arriving at 6am in the morning, well ahead of general check-in time, they made a room immediately available for me. And the room, or rather the apartment, was even an upgrade. I was personally assisted by Karissa Romulo in the run-up to my stay and during my stay. Her service orientation was paramount making me feel like a VIP. Thanks for a memorable stay.
