Great Service from your staff
Pros:

I would like to commend one of your staff member, Mr. Faraj. He was very helpful when my friend was having difficulty finding the way from the apartment to the hotel side. He assisted us throughout the entire process.
He was always smiling, had excellent communication skills, and maintained a positive and lively attitude. His professionalism and willingness to help are truly appreciated. Thank you for having such a dedicated staff member on your team.

اقيم الاقامه 100/10 الموظفين جداً متعاونين ومتوفرين طول اليوم ،واستجابة سريعه من الاخ مروان والكثير م حفظت اسمهم لكن شكراً واكرر التجربه لكن بعد انهاء التصليحات 08-2026

Cons:

ممكن التصليحات الحاليه المشي كثير، ولا فيه احد يساعد بالممرات 🤣
وثانيا تاخير بتسليم بعض الطلبات خصيصا كان منها اكل يخرب بسرعه.

Highly Recommended – A Must Visit!

مطعم مايريك في الهيلتون من أفضل التجارب اللي جربتها. الخدمة كانت 10/10، وشكر خاص للأستاذ توران على حسن التعامل والاهتمام، ما قصر معنا أبدًا. أما الأكل فكان رائع، خصوصًا الفتوش والمشاوي، من ألذ وأخف المشاوي اللي ذقتها. أكيد لنا زيارة ثانية.

We had a wonderful experience at Mayrig at Hilton. The service was 10/10, and a special thanks to Turan for his outstanding hospitality and excellent service. He truly made our visit even better. The food was delicious, especially the fattoush and grilled dishes, which were among the tastiest and lightest we’ve had. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!

Pros:

From the time of arrival,the receptionist was very friendly and accommodating,they even upgraded my room. The Hotel was amazing and has a walkway to the mall which is easily accessible.
The room was amazing with lovely sunset and su rise views overlooking the gorgeous city,it was comfortable,clean with necessary amenities.
Will definitely be back💃

المطعم جميل والاكل نظيف ... الحلسات الخارجيه جميله جدا خصوصا في فصل الشتاء طبعا
