It was a very nice place to stay and the staff was very nice.
Pros:

The food was outstanding.

Cons:

The fact that I couldn’t get a hospital discount and that the app didn’t work when I tried to make reservations and I ended up using booking and didn’t know you could use hospital discount. No one Told me that. I also am a senior citizen and could have used that too. Is there Anyway my bill can be adjusted. I also did not like paying $20 a day to park. Also I want to make sure that the nights I stayed are used on my honors program.

Hotel and room were great

Cons:

Was over charged and I have co tacted the hotel direct and through booking.com 5 times now but no reply to why I was charged this amount and only received a 30 dollar refund after given a compulsory 100 dollar deposit. Arrived at hotel 10.00pm and checked out 9.00am next morning so no idea why I have been charged 70 dollars extra and that no one can reply to tell me

A bit of luxury on your travels
Pros:

Quite a large king size room. Surprised us how large it was. Location is great. Bed is beautiful.
Bathroom was delightful.

Cons:

Noisy Aircon. No proper coffee in the room only decaf.
