A bit of luxury on your travels
Pros:

Quite a large king size room. Surprised us how large it was. Location is great. Bed is beautiful.
Bathroom was delightful.

Cons:

Noisy Aircon. No proper coffee in the room only decaf.

Great room and location for why we were there. Disappointing costs for extra things.

The room was great; clean and comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful.

Cons:

No $20 parking fee which I was not aware of. No $18 basic breakfast even though it was all you can eat. $8/beer?

Disappointing stay due to lack of hospitality and staff apathy - would not return.
Pros:

Room was spacious and clean. Convenient to downtown. Staff at checkout (after some back and forth) comped our parking and discounted our room a bit following a complaint.

Cons:

Staff member at check in was apathetic, rude, and unhelpful. We reserved a crib for our infant when booking and we were told the two cribs they have were taken already when we checked in. He offered no genuine apology or assistance in helping us find a solution, but rather "sorry, what do you want me to do about it?". My husband had to drive to Walmart at 9:30pm to buy a $90 pack n play.
