Busy hotel, fine rom. Litt langt å gå til de fleste steder.
Pros:

Travelt hotell, både i resesjonen og frokosten. Rommet var veldig bra med komfortabel seng, badet også helt utmerket. Det lå litt langt unna de stedene man ønsket å besøke.

Cons:

Det var litt masete både i resepsjonsområdet og i frokostsalen.

Pretty good overall
Pros:

Nice hotel with a quiet room. The bed was comfortable, and my room also had a desk and a couch. I used the gym, which is small but pretty good for a hotel.

Cons:

Not much. A bit pricey, perhaps. Would be nice to have a small fridge in the room too.

the central location.
the Lebanese food in the restaurant despite the bad service.
The room and bathroom was clean

Cons:

The overcrowded breakfast area, we arrived at 9h15 on a Monday morning and here was no table left for us and not enough food for everyone and a long long queue for the waffles.
Waiters at 9h30 stopped re-stocking the buffet.
No fruits.
The buffet area was too small for the number of people.
the bedroom for 3 people was really small.
there was rubbish and dirty room-service trays who stay in the corridor for 2 days!

Good, comfy and polite staff, breakfast included was nice and plenty of selection.
Pros:

Clean rooms and spacious.

Cons:

The hotel itself was lovely and so were the staff. The area looks like it’s being done up as a few dodgy looking areas and people around the hotel. Which can’t be helped.

Pros:

Die Lage ist super: Es gibt direkt am Hotel Bushaltestellen und einige Sehenswürdigkeiten sind auch zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Die Mitarbeiter haben die Tische beim Frühstück immer blitzschnell gereinigt, sodass sie immer sauber waren. Auch wenn es voll war, haben wir immer einen Sitzplatz gefunden. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Es waren sehr viele Familien mit kleinen Kindern im Hotel, daher war es beim Frühstück sehr laut. Das Waffeleisen war immer überlaufen. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hört alles vom Flur. Die Tür zum Bad ist nur eine Schiebetür und nicht 100 % dicht. Außerdem fehlen im Bad Haken und Ablageflächen. Die Handtücher wurden durch das Housekeeping eigenständig umgehängt und konnten daher am Abend nicht mehr auseinandergehalten werden.
Wir waren von Freitag bis Montag im Hotel.

Lage

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte bei Ankunft ca. 30 Grad, da die Klima nicht lief und die Sonne den ganzen Nachmittag auf die Fensterfront geschienen hat.
Für 300€ pro Nacht kann man erwarten, dass die Zimmer für die Gäste vorbereitet sind. Frühstück ok, Kaffee aus der Maschine jedoch ungenießbar.

Nothing facinating but salute to the reception who is all smile and ready to help.
Pros:

I like the staffs who helped us transferring to another room since our first night the aircon was not working. We did not sleep the whole night. Imagine if our room is not changed and we booked for 5 nights? Thanks to the staff named Shamila.

i like the location maybe because i like walking a lot. Little bit far for those people who gets tired easily.

Cons:

The aircon did not work the first night. The garbage they dont remove like used cups or glasses and spoons. They kept them until our check out. No toothbrush unless you require. The tissue box is empty only few pieces is on top only and once you pull, the box is empty. They know we are 3 in the room but gave 2 towels only. They should put shower curtain to avoid the water coming out from the shower since the bathroom is too small. The breakfast is repetitive and when we came last, the food is almost empty.
