Tutto sommato , abbastanza piacevole
Pros:

La colazione , sia dolce che salata, abbondante . L' unico problema e' stato l'orario perche' dal sito risulta che si puo' fare colazione dalle 6.00 del mattino, quindi molto comodo per chi poi deve fare escursioni fuori Edimburgo, infatti l'avevo scelto per questo. Invece la colazione era disponibile dalle 7.00. Quindi per 2 giorni non abbiamo usufruito della colazione. Stanze silenziose.

Cons:

Stanza troppo piccola per 3 persone, e in bagno non c'e' modo di poter posare quello che ci si porta in viaggio per la cura personale. Ho dovuto chiamare varie volte la reception per mancanza degli asciugamani

الغرف نظيفة واثاث جديد..الموقع يعتبر قريب من السنتر مشي..احدى موظفات الاستقبال طلبت تاكسي عند الخروج

لم يتم توفير غرف متصلة رغم اني طلبت وذكرتهم بالطلب قبل الوصول عدة مرات..فطور عادي جدا غير متنوع والمخبوزات غير طرية....الغرف صغيرة..لا يوجد ثلاجة..لايوجد مايكرويف..لايوجد عدة حمام كاملة للنظافة الشخصية فرش ومعجون..لم يتم تنظيف الغرف قبل اليوم الاخير..سعر الغرفة جدا غالي بالنسبة للخدمات..لن ارجع مرة اخرى

Hotel fine but avoid room 404.
Pros:

Easy check in and out. Friendly staff. Clean. Walkable to city centre.

Cons:

Room 404. Weird shape. Designed as disabled access, but failed. Light switch to bathroom on hinge side! Shower head too high for a wheelchair user to access. Emergency cord next to the toilet, but none near the shower where danger lives. Toiletries next to a tiny sink on the wall adjacent to toilet, but no where to hang a towel.
Toilet seat loose at one side.
Given to us as a queen room. Yes, the bed was queen size, but one side was too near the wall. USB outlet by bed table nearest door was broken internally. The TV faced empty space, had limited swivel, couldn't be watched from bed (which is what your photos of a typical queen room show. Only one comfy chair.
In the bathroom, the main sink had a huge flat area in front making it a long way to the taps and to lean over to wash. There was a towel rail under, but the toiletries were two paces away on a different wall the other side of the tiny sink.

Schöner Städtetrip als Paar
Pros:

Freundliches, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Das freundliche Team hat uns gerne Tipps gegeben und unsere Müdigkeit bemerkt. Wir bekamen Ohrstöpsel und Drinks da andere Gäste nachts sehr laut waren.
Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage mit schöner Aussicht. Man ist schnell in der Kernstadt sowie Dean Village oder kann mit dem Bus ohne Umstieg nach Leith. Das Zimmer hatte ein bequemes Bett und ausreichend Steckdosen.
Das Frühstück war reichlich und es wurde immer schnell nachgelegt, falls etwas leer wurde.

Cons:

Leider waren manche Gäste nachts sehr laut auf den Fluren, weshalb ein ungestörter Schlaf nicht immer möglich war.
Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn im Bad mehr Möglichkeiten wären, um Handtücher aufzuhängen.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück fast nur tiefgefrore Früchte. Beim Brot nur weiss Brot
Auf Nachfrage beim Personal wurde mir gesagt das es kein dunkles Brot gibt. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum ist keine Motivation da, die stehen an einem Tisch und gähnen.
