Beautiful apartment, very clean, lovely outdoor area overlooking the serenity pool & tropical lush garden, comfy beds, had everything we needed, lift just outside the apartment door, easy access to car below

Great place for families
Loved the apartment and absolutely loved the big lagoon pool with swim up bar! The facilities in the apartment were great and it was a fantastic location for access to the beach.

We arrived prior to Easter to champagne and a box of chocolates. Halfway through our stay (after they turned over our room) we received a $50 dinner voucher as a thank you. The stay exceeded our expectations in every way. We have booked two more trips over the next twelve months (staying in the same room)
We chose a an apartment with stair access only, so it would be an issue for disabled people.
Ultimate family get away. So close to amazing food options and the resort itself was lovely. Staff were so helpful and friendly, vouchers to dinner and a bottle of champagne on arrival made us feel very special.

The room adjoined a family room with little noise protection. (From their children) The bathroom fan did not work. The shower contains mould. The ceiling fan worked intermittently. It is generally tired.
