Great location. Delicious breakfast. Friendly staff. They even added a personal touch for our anniversary.
Nothing, it was all great.
The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Joseph, who did everything he could to resolve any issues I had as quickly as possible. I truly appreciated his assistance on the day of my departure, as my flight was scheduled long after the checkout time. The room was clean and the location of the hotel was pretty convenient too.
The guest experience could be improved by providing bathroom amenities kit in the room. The breakfast was also quite basic, but apart from these, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Very liked the receptionist Youssef. Such a good start to my stay and smooth at explaining everything. Thank you for setting the nice tone and being such A Proffesionall! Amazing staff in general😊👏 and the breakfast ladies
A bit disappointed that did not have any AC in my room working properly. Use to 17/18 degrees but that one did not even work on 21:( and maybe a little check up on the bathroom, maybe from drainage it can give some smell in the morning. Otherwise, very sweet place, amazing staff!!

very modern, amazing breakfast options that are great value for money, and the staff were super friendly. i had a very early morning flight and they prepared a breakfast sandwich for me due to missing it later that day! it’s very close to the main strip, shops, and amenities (the most important being the beach)
