Great stay if the price was lower however because of the price i expected a more premium stay which
Pros:

The view was great very good and the spa access was also great however has small room for improvement as the sauna temp was low and it was full of kids opening and closing sauna and steam room doors. The showers had run out of soap and shampoo too and the pool was pretty chilly.

Cons:

The breakfast was terrible. The bed was hard and temp control of the room was a nightmare only provide a small fan.

stunning beach, great spa but not as nice as in the pictures!
Pros:

the beach of the hotel is stunning -i would go back just for that-. the spa is very good and has a fantastic view. the staff is very kind. the hotel has a good parking.

Cons:

the room wasnt that clean -i wiped myself with antibacterial wipes and they came off stained with dust/dirt marks-. the smell on the corridoor and room was unpleasant.
apart from this, the hotel to me was absolutely fine but did not look like in the pictures. i think it would be a much better choice to show guests what they are actually going to get.

Unterkunft mit Potential, aber eine dringende Schulung des Personals scheint erforderlich.
Pros:

Traumhafte Lage oberhalb der Bucht, sehr schöner Pool mit kleiner Sauna und Steam Room (etwas umständlich zu buchender Zeitslot online, aber ging dann gut), Qualität des Mittag- und Abendessens wirklich gut, schöne Möglichkeit für Essen/Drinks auf der Terrasse mit Blick über die Bucht. Netter Strand (aber ca. 350 Stufen!), Steinstrand, Meerzugang selbst sehr schwierig wegen großen Felsen.

Cons:

Personal sehr launisch, größtenteils unfreundlich und inkompetent mit Ausnahmen. Insbesondere an der Rezeption fühlt man sich nicht willkommen (5 Pfund Deposit für eine zweite Zimmerkarte!?!), das Frühstück ist nicht rechtzeitig fertig und dort sehr unaufmerksames Personal, Geschirr wurde nicht abgeräumt (vom Vorabend auf der Terrasse). Einige vom Servicepersonal aber sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Frühstück Standard, nur Filterkaffee oder Tee.
Täglich mehrere Spinnen im Zimmer, vom Vorgänger noch eine Vape, Kronkorken, Getränketablett und Kleiderbügel im Zimmer. Toilettenpapier nicht aufgefüllt.
Häufige Eventlocation für Feiern wie Hochzeiten.

Cons:

Our room was nice, but slightly let down by wear and tear marks on the walls, the room was in need of being decorated. The balcony glass was grubby with an abundance of hatching spiders in webs and we had to let reception know we were woken by something scratching under the decking having area at 4am.

Fantastic views, spa/pool, private beach & food. A truly relaxing and calming stay
Pros:

The balcony rooms have some of the most stunning views. The food was great and the private beach was amazing though its requires climbing over 350 steps. The spa/pool was calming and was simply wonderful

We loved our stay at Sandy Cove, the view was amazing and the hotel was lovely, we had an evening meal in the restaurant which was 5* and then breakfast in the morning was spot on! Will definitely be coming back.
