Pros:

The location was amazing.

Cons:

There was a large wet spot on the floor in our room when we arrived. And when we arrived there was an extra charge for parking but we were not informed of this when booking.

Great staff, great location, great hotel
Pros:

The location was absolutely perfect. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was very good and very convenient.

Cons:

The rust at the bottom of the pool. Very minor issue.

It met our needs.
Pros:

It certainly satisfied our needs: convenient location, clean (although, we would appreciate the room being cleaned daily), staff was friendly, our room met our needs.

Cons:

Ice machine on our floor was OOC, and not fixed. Washing machine OOC three days before being repaired.

Perfection.
Pros:

The location was perfect! There was shopping, and dining literally right outside the door, and so close to what we wanted to do!

Cons:

The parking 😬 it was what it was, and it wasn’t bad. Just a little tight in some places, but easy to access.

Great location, great staff, but a few issues.
Pros:

Location and staff were both great. The layout and concept of the room were good. It would be good for a long-term stay, but maybe not the best “residence” type hotel.

Cons:

There were noise issues from both sides of our room, and not due to inconsiderate guests, but just generally thin walls. Our room was also located across from the ice machine, which was very loud even when not actively used. The room was in okay condition but there were some pretty significant issues including missing tiles in the bathroom, a bathroom slider door that would not fully close, and some staining on the couch and ottoman. The air conditioner in the room also gave off Home Alone basement vibes every time it kicked on.

I would definitely stay here again
Pros:

Our room was set up like a apartment. It had a refrigerator that was actually big enough to put food and drinks in with a freezer for ice cream and ice. The kitchen had a dishwasher to use and actually dishes, coffee mugs, silverware, and etc. I had everything I needed to live there.

Cons:

I think the complimentary breakfast could have been a little better but other than that I have no complaints.

Great location, location, location.
Pros:

Hotel amenities were wonderful from comfortable suite, workout spot, pool and breakfast. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Fabulous location with walkable spots for shopping and restaurants. Purpose of visit for Bowling Green State University graduation

Cons:

That I had to pay for premium WiFi. I had to work while on my visit and “free” WiFi was spotty and slow. I was comfortable with room rates, but to pay additional for acceptable WiFi was disappointing.
