Fabulous location for our long weekend, but I would look for an alternative.
Pros:

Location was superb. Bedroom comfortable and well equipped. Shower excellent. Cleanliness good.

Cons:

No air conditioning meant that window had to be open and very raucous neighbourhood that meant sleep was difficult until the early hours. Poor soundproofing between rooms. Internal stairs are ridiculously steep and covered in a vinyl type material, an accident waiting to happen.

J ai apprecie le bord de mer, mais, deteste payer trop de parking
Pros:

la chambre super = spacieuse, bien equipee, petite salle de bain, mais, bien agencee
le petit dejeuner etait gargantuesque = j ai d ailleurs profite des petits pains et tartines speciales, sous vide, differents et de petites gourmandises, a tartiner, pour repartir avec.
la situation geographique = super a 700 m de la plage et 400 m du centre ville, ou se trouve , plusieurs bons restaurants, en l occurrence, le Brazee
qualite prix = raisonnable pour le prix du petit dejeuner vu la qualite et la quantite et le forfait supplement chien / d autres hotel proches
Un point positif qui peut aussi etre negatif = le stationnement = si vous avez la chance de stationner le long de la maison = c est gratuit, alors, n en bougez plus, car, la place sera prise a votre retour et vous serez oblige de payer 20€ la journée, dans un parking proche.

Comme les precedents commentaires, je regrette l escalier trop abrupte pour facilite la montée des bagages
La personne qui ma accueilli m a d ailleurs gentillement descendu ma valise au depart.

Un séjour agréable
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner apporté en chambre était très copieux. Les propriétaires habitent au rez de chaussée et sont disponibles pour des conseils. L'établissement se situe à deux pas du centre et de la plage.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist nicht direkt am Meer, sondern 200 Meter entfernt, das Dorfzentrum ist mit ein paar Schritten erreicht. Das Frühstück, das mir auf einem Tablett im Zimmer serviert wurde, war sehr üppig und hübsch angerichtet. Im Zimmer gab es alles, was nötig war, sogar ein Bügelbrett. :-) Parken im Hof war unkompliziert und ohne Gebühren möglich. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war hellhörig, wenn über einem die sanitären Anlagen rauschten, ist man fast aus dem Bett gefallen. War aber auch nicht weiter schlimm, nachts war es ruhig.

Kleines Zimmer und ich hatte auch noch großen Hund dabei,, altes Mobilar, wenig Licht im Bad, im Bad keine Steckdose.
