What an absolute pleasure it was to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Lucknow. This was our first visit, and from the moment we arrived until the day we departed, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome, valued, and at home.

A very special thank you to Duty Manager 'Jannat', whose warmth, professionalism, and exceptional attention to detail made our stay truly unforgettable. Your kindness, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond never went unnoticed. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and you are a fantastic ambassador for Hilton. The outstanding service you provided throughout our stay made all the difference.

A heartfelt thank you also to Mayank and Gaurav for your friendly approach, professionalism, and all your help. Your hospitality was greatly appreciated.

To Rohit, Head of Kitchen, Chef Rajesh Sharma, and the wonderful dining team—Kartik, Ram, Kuldeep, Utkarsh, Ayushi, and Khushi—thank you for making every meal a memorable experience. Happy to stay here at Hilton lucknow. Pleasant stay with good food, especially the breakfast and dinner buffet. Plenty of options. The area is also very nice and popular. Thanks to Utkarsh, Kuldeep, Gaurav, Sitanshu and Arjun for helping and assisting in in the hotel services.
