Outstanding dining experience let down by poor pool management, delivery handling, and front desk response
Pros:

Our recent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, Lucknow, presented a dichotomy of experiences, characterized by exceptional culinary service juxtaposed with significant operational deficiencies.

The culinary team, particularly Chef Lakshman, delivered an outstanding dining experience. Chef Lakshman's proactive approach in accommodating my child's specific dietary requests, including the preparation of fresh pizza and pasta, was highly commendable. His attentive and courteous service, coupled with the diverse food offerings, significantly enhanced our dining pleasure.

However, several operational aspects require immediate attention. The swimming pool area exhibited a lack of proper management. The unavailability of functional shower facilities, due to locked shower rooms, and the absence of on-site attendants or clear communication channels for assistance, detracted from the amenity's utility.

Our interaction with the Duty Manager regarding the pool concerns was met with an unsatisfactory response. The explanation that the facility would be closed for maintenance the following day did not address our immediate need for functional access to advertised amenities as paying guests.

Furthermore, the process for handling third-party deliveries proved problematic. While we understand the need for security restrictions on external delivery personnel, the absence of a structured and supervised handover protocol at the reception led to the loss of a prepaid order valued at approximately ₹1,000. This lack of a clear tracking or receiving system poses a considerable inconvenience and potential financial burden for guests.

In conclusion, while Chef Lakshman and the kitchen staff exemplify excellence, the overall guest experience necessitates improvements in amenity maintenance, secure delivery management, and a more proactive and responsive management approach to address guest concerns.

We had a wonderful experience at the conference held yesterday at Hilton. The event was professionally managed and executed with great efficiency.

A special appreciation to Ms. Raushani, who coordinated the event exceptionally well and ensured that everything was well organized and handled smoothly. The Banquet Team, especially Mr.Ankit and Mr.Mohit Bhatt also deserves appreciation for their prompt service, attention to detail, and seamless management throughout the event.

Overall, it was a very well-executed conference, and we truly appreciate the efforts of the entire Hilton team in making it a successful and pleasant experience.
