When they say Boutique they truly meet this brief . Very personal experience with the room being serviced sometimes twice a day . Breakfast is all made to order so you are not having to deal with a Buffet style menu. Restaurant was also amazing with fantastic presentation but full of flavour . Staff were very accommodating and went out of their way to make your stay special. If you needed a benchmark then this is it

I got the last floor room which is a bit attic low ceiling style. I'm not sure it fits the 5* style.
From arrival, the staff were great and attentive all through the stay. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable.
The food was great. Very well located to get around central Palma.
Now I am nit picking and these are observations rather than areas we didn't like - the roof top terrace was small and had to be booked. We were aware and booked it and had no issues. If you like cereal for breakfast, you would be disappointed but there was a wide choice of other excellent food options. The spa was small, had a sauna and a plunge whirl pool and a treatment table. External staff to the hotel provided the massages - they were good just not hotel staff.
The staff at the reception were very friendly, efficient and helpful. Bianca and Pedro went out of the way in helping us plan our day. The restaurant staff was also very polite and helpful ensuring we received an early breakfast on the day we were leaving as we had an early morning flight to catch. All in all a pleasant experience although we felt it was a bit overpriced.

- كان تعطل المصعد الكهربائي في اول يوم فقط واضطررنا لاستخدام الدرج.
- منطقة الملابس والغرفه و مغسلة الحمام مفتوحه لايوجد باب بينهم ولمنطقة الدش والمرحاض باب زجاجي فقط يكاد اشبه بدش ومرحاض عمومي .

had such a lovely experience at this hotel. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very well located — close to everything while still feeling quiet and relaxing.
The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection from both the buffet and the à la carte menu.
Overall, the hotel offers great value and a wonderful atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again!
