Staff was so wonderful and helpful, location is perfect, bed was so comfy, and building is so gorgeous.

Totally recommend this hotel. From arrival to departure every member of staff was helpful and attentive from providing a kettle for tea to making sure fresh milk was provided every day. Using the spa before a late flight was really lovely. Location was very central and rooms had everything required.

I stayed here from 29 May to 1 June. The location was amazing, you can walk to everywhere in Palma from the hotel. There is a bakery 3 mins away called Forn Bonaire, we went there every single day. If you’re driving the hotel charges 22 euros per day and parks the car for you like a valet.

Room was always clean, and everything was perfect. We saw quite a few faces daily but every single staff was so kind. We felt very welcomed and taken care of. Will definitely come back.

We enjoyed a short break in Palma and had the pleasure of staying at the Summum Boutique Hotel in Palma old town. We had an excellent stay from the moment we walked into the hotel until we left, the staff were amazing. The hotel is fabulous, quiet and luxurious but the staff are the “icing on the cake”. Nothing was too much trouble. The reception team and manager were friendly and professional, booking tickets and make arrangements for us. The breakfast staff communicated our breakfast coffee order as part of their handover between changing staff members, which was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet presentation was excellent the buffet selection and cooked breakfast selection were very good. My husband thought the sausages were fantastic. Housekeeping were efficient and friendly. Our room was excellent, furnished to a high standard and the bed was extremely comfortable. The Chopard toiletries, especially the body wash, were lovely. There were so many lovely features throughout the hotel, it was calm, fragrant and stylish. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you to all the staff.

I would love to back here again! This charming hotel boutique is comfortable, cozy and beautiful. You fell special here. The mansion is carefully maintained and a very pleasant atmosphere has been created. The location is perfect - shops and restaurants are close, it takes 10 min to get to the Cathedral. The room is light and has enough space, the pillows are amazing. My room had a view to lovely courtyard. The cleanliness is perfect in the room and in whole hotel.

An absolute pleasure to return to this beautiful boutique hotel for our fourth visit. We were greeted upon arrival by the friendly professional team & were absolutely delighted to receive an upgrade to a junior suite together with cake, fruit & fizz to celebrate my husband’s birthday.
The hotel offers an oasis of calm & is located in a quiet position within the old city.
Would recommend booking the rooftop sundeck complete with plunge pool, perfect after a day of site seeing.
Can’t wait for our next visit.

One of the best hotels. This is a small five star hotel. Only about 18 rooms. The location is in city centre. Quiet area close to lots of restaurant and shopping. Bus and Train terminal is about 15 min walk. Though there is no swimming pool, they more than make up for that through awesome service.

I had a wonderful stay at Summum Boutique Hotel in Palma. What was originally planned as a one-night stay turned into two nights because I truly did not want to leave.

The team was exceptional: professional, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout my stay. I was also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to the suite, which made the experience even more special.

The hotel offers a very calm and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. The room was immaculate and beautifully detailed, from the personal welcome note on the bed to the high-quality amenities in the bathroom.
