Good location and friendly helpful staff.
We were told we had an upgrade the room didn’t reflect an upgrade for the cost of the room. This was disappointing.

had such a lovely experience at this hotel. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very well located — close to everything while still feeling quiet and relaxing.
The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection from both the buffet and the à la carte menu.
Overall, the hotel offers great value and a wonderful atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again!

We stayed here for my wife’s birthday, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help me organise the surprise trip. The location was excellent for exploring Palma, with easy access to restaurants, bars and the main sights. The property itself was beautifully presented, and the staff were attentive, professional and very knowledgeable throughout our stay. A fantastic experience from start to finish, and we would happily return.
Staff was so wonderful and helpful, location is perfect, bed was so comfy, and building is so gorgeous.
The breakfast was below average however they did accommodate our dietary requirements.

Wow! A perfect hotel. Ive been to Mallorca many many times but this is the best hotell. A fantastic building, serviceminded and friendly staff made it perfect. We will be back. The breakfast and dinner restaurant is a must.
Exceptional - what an amazing hotel
Location looked nice and central, though we hardly know Palma and may be wrong. The personel was nice indeed.
We woke up at 7-30 am on Sunday morning because the personel moved their trolleys in the corridor. Extremely strage was also the glass door of the WC, well below cieling. So once you go to the toilet you have to switch on water to mute unwanted sounds. But what can one do with the smell? Converted historical biulding defined rather strange room layout.
Summum is a fantastic boutique hotel located in the heart of Palma. It feels really relaxing and luxurious at the same time in the best way imaginable from the moment you walk in. The check in experience was a breeze and includes a glass of Cava being served to you no matter what time you arrive. The staff are absolutely incredible and will go out of their way to make sure you have a fantastic experience.
I had dinner at their restaurant which was also phenomenal. Their spa is also incredible and the hotel is incredibly private with only 18 guest rooms so you get the Spa to yourself usually. I will be staying here again when I visit Mallorca next with my family.
