Cafe da manhã bem completo porém a reposição dos itens demorou muito. Quando cheguei não tinha mais ovos mexidos e só repuseram quando eu já estava saindo. A localização é perfeita e os funcionários super simpáticos e solicitos, recomendo muito o hotel pra quem quer conhecer Lima (Miraflores)
Estou viajando com uma amiga. Sempre pedimos quartos maiores ou com camas separadas. No caso desse hotel. Optamos por um quarto e sala. Onde cada um teria o seu espaço. Pagamos por uma suite para ter esse conforto. No check In, disseram que não poderíamos usar o "sofá" como cama, exceto se pagássemos, a mais, 20 dólares por diárias. Achei muito estranho. Demoramos para ser entendidos, mas, depois de muito desgate, usamos o quarto como havíamos pago sem custos adicionais.
My stay at this hotel was from July 8 to July 15.
Overall, the location is very good. However, my experience was seriously affected by a situation that the hotel handled inadequately.
On Saturday, July 11, and Sunday, July 12, renovation work was carried out in the room next to ours. The constant noise made it impossible to rest or enjoy the room. What was most disappointing was that, despite reporting the situation and making several complaints, the hotel allowed the work to continue without taking effective measures to minimize the disturbance.
After speaking with the managers, we were promised a move to a suite as a solution. However, when we were transferred to the new room, it was clearly inferior to the one we were already occupying, so the proposed solution did not match what had been promised.
We later met again with the administration to seek a fair resolution. The only compensation offered was a late check-out and a meal. We considered this offer disproportionate to the inconvenience caused during two days of our stay. When we requested some form of refund or financial compensation, we were told that it was not possible because it was "not within their policies."
We understand that renovations are sometimes necessary, but they should be scheduled in a way that does not affect guests' experience. At the very least, the hotel should not assign rooms adjacent to areas where construction or renovation work is being carried out, or should inform guests in advance so they can decide whether they wish to stay under those conditions.
What was most concerning was not only the noise, but also the lack of an adequate solution and the unwillingness to provide compensation that reflected the inconvenience caused.
Unfortunately, due to the way this issue was handled, I cannot recommend this hotel and would not consider staying here again.
