It wasn't far from seashore and was attached to station.
Pros:

Room is perfectly closed to station and need not walk far. Even though it was very close to station, but it was quiet and peaceful. There was drinking water facilities even at night.

Cons:

The room was not so spacious and there was no proper paranoic view from the room. But was not so bad.
