The property was much more worn down than I expected.
The window frames were old and unstable, and even when the balcony door was fully closed, there was still a visible gap. The air conditioner was very old, had an unpleasant smell, and the directional fan was broken. Even after leaving it on for a long time, the room did not cool down properly.
The entrance door used an old key, and it was difficult to turn the key smoothly. Because of this, I did not feel comfortable leaving valuable items such as my laptop in the room, so I ended up carrying it with me whenever I went out.
There was also no elevator. In summer, walking up the stairs was tiring, and the room still felt hot even after using the air conditioner.
The owner was polite and friendly, but the condition of the property itself was disappointing. This place may be acceptable for someone looking for a very basic, low-cost stay for one night, but I would not recommend it to travelers carrying expensive belongings or anyone expecting standard hotel-level comfort.
Hasan the owner is a lovely man. He gave us lots of tips and was very helpful. The hotel is basic but clean and comfortable. It is a few meters from the Old Gate with Fabulous Views from the Rooftop of the Gate the Old Town and the Sea. It’s close to Bars and Restaurants. Great for a few days.

L’emplacement est en plein centre ville. Idéal pour visiter. L’hôte est vraiment à l’écoute et de bons conseils/ adresses (restos, visites,plages…)pour rendre le moment encore plus sympa et authentique.
Hôtel assez simple avec pas toujours de l’eau chaude. Étant en plein centre ville c’était un peu bruyant mais pas dérangeant.

Amazing location. The owner is so kind and helpful and treats you like family. The room was perfect for me and my brother. Basic but absolutely perfect. Really close to all the main spots and the owner will help you with buses / restaurants/ everything you need

Excellent stay at this hotel, ideally located in the heart of Antalya’s Old Town. The value for money is outstanding. The rooms are pleasant, and the location makes it easy to explore everything on foot. A special thank you to the staff, who were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

Best location, good cooperative staff and breakfast was on demand but good quantity and taste. You could use free time to stay at top floor to enjoy relaxing sea views with free turkish tea.
The cleanliness can be improved a bit to make it exceptionally good. Room spaces were a little tight.
Beliggenhet, beliggenhet, beliggenhet. Ikke la utsiden av bygningen lure deg, rommene er moderne og fine. Veldig lett å komme seg rundt i byen, korte gåturer og kort avstand til kollektivtransport. Personalet var super hyggelige. De gjorde sitt aller ypperste for å gjøre det til et bra opphold, og hilste alltid på oss når vi kom tilbake på kvelden eller dro ut om morgenen. Om jeg skal tilbake er dette en no-brainer!
Det eneste minuset var at nabobygget er en moské, så du får en nattebønn rundt klokka fire om morgenen. Utenom det - helt supert!
