Pros:

It is very close to the Shin Osaka station of Midousuji line exit 7 (make sure you always get out the correct exit! I once got out the wrong way and it took me a while to figure out how to get on the right side of the tracks). The room has all the basic needs, similar to other business hotels.

Cons:

The breakfast selection was a bit limited as it was not a buffet, although I appreciated the Japanese meal options.
