Pros:

Chválím papuče na pokoji. Pokoj byl velmi příjemný a čokoláda byla příjemné překvapení. Personál velice příjemný a nápomocný.

Cons:

Na pokoji nebyla varná konvice. Není možné si udělat na pokoji teplý nápoj.

Velice klidné a příjemné ubytování. Postel ani měkká, ani tvrdá, akorát. Personál nám šel vstříc se žádostí o 2 polštáře navíc. Koupelna čistá, vana úžasná. Vyhřívaná podlaha. Snídaně dostačující.

Cons:

Malý odpadkový koš.

Skvělá poloha na túry, klidné prostředí a dobré snídaně.

Cons:

Vzhledem k tomu, že jsme v hotelu bydleli tři noci, by bylo fajn alespoň jednou doplnit kávu/čaj a vyměnit ručníky (alespoň ty, které jsou na zemi).

Hotel je mimo centrum města ve velmi klidné části. Vnitřní prostory a pokoje vkusně zařízené, čistota perfektní a personál příjemný. Snídaně vynikající. Hotelová restaurace na jedničku.

Das Zimmer war toll...nur ein Manko: keine Klimaanlage.
Im ganzen Hotel hat es sehr gut gerochen und das Frühstück war sehr gut.
Gewünscht hätte ich mir, dass ich, als ich abreiste, wenigstens einen Kaffee bekommen hätte, aber leider war früh um 3/4 7 noch keiner da vom Küchenpersonal, obwohl es ab halb 8 Frühstück geben sollte...aber gut hab die 7 h Fahrt auch ohne Kaffee geschafft...

Pokoj i koupelna byly čisté, matrace pohodlná. Obě slečny na recepci milé, příjemné, stručně poradily. Možnost využití sauny za příplatek - určitě se vyplatí. Můžete využít jak bazén, Kneippovy lázně, tak saunu. Snídaně byla bohatá - ovoce, frgály, koblihy, palačinky, nutella, marmelády, zelenina, párky, vejce, lučina, vajíčková pomazánka, sýry, šunka, jogurty, místní pečivo. Hotel je hned u turistické trasy, skvělý výchozí bod na túry. Zároveň je kousek Penny, Lidl a opodál Albert.

Cons:

První snídaně (09.05.2026) - personál nedoplňoval potraviny a neobsluhovali. Oproti další směně druhý den, byl jejich přístup laxní. Směna další den (10.05.2026) byla perfektní - bylo vidět, že pracují, doplňovali potraviny, "pobíhali po place", pravidelně odnášeli nádobí. Nedobrá káva.
